Hotel Shoolin Grand

The hotel was very good and clean. The place where we stayed has a restaurant Burrow Kitchen, food was great. We really enjoyed the food and stay.

Staff of check in time. Room was beautiful

No Jain food was available, normal they tried to make it available. No proper room service , and 10 pm last order was too uncomfortable. Nobody took order properly. Bathroom door got locked.

Flickering light in the room, after shower water wouldn’t drain through quickly and bathroom would get flooded

Used to stay here when it was grand plaza … it has changed completely and for the better. Rooms are renovated, service is much better, restaurant is good and very clean

Staff were friendly and helpful. Suggested some good eateries nearby. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Public transport plentiful just outside the hotel.

The bathroom smelled during our entire stay, the door to our balcony was broken and we had mosquitoes and roaches entering the room.

Bed

Bathroom . Also i was with my wife and they only gave me one bottle of water. I asked for then 2 bottles of water for me and wife but they told they cant do it.

Great value, modern, clean hotel in a good location close to the Railway Station and City Central Mall. Comfy bed with a good shower. Restaurant attached, eat-in or delivered to room, that was good value and tasty.

Aircon was intermittent and blew directly on the bed

No morning breakfast, we wasted 1 he in searching the good hotel for breakfast,Lunch is only continental, they should have South Indian food

Lovely hotel in good location. Friendly staff. Good selection of snacks and drinks in the reception area. Easy to get autos from the road outside.

It said there was a hairdryer in the room but there wasn't. Maybe I could have asked for one at reception. Also no room service until 12 but there was a kettle with teas and coffees in room

It was near to the KMC Medical college and railway station. Also near to big grand mall. Their restaurant food is very tasty

The toilets are a bit small. No breakfast which I guess they need to add

Rooms were kind of clean but had the smell of bathroom everywhere. Bathrooms were not clean at all. The tiles and the commode had stains on it

The location of the hotel is right in the centre which is quite convenient. Beds are quite comfortable

Room is not designed properly, once you enter in the room there are steps which is quite dangerous as you don't expect that in an hotel room
