Hilton Garden Inn Neuquen

Location is only a few blocks from the city center. The restaurant & bar downstairs is very convenient.

Breakfast doesn't open early enough. Almost everyone is moving around at 5am... lots of shuttle pickups in the early morning.

Kudos to the great service received from Leonal the bartender ~ delicious Caiprinha with the crispy langostine pre-dinner, all dinner orders delivered with discretion and service with a smile, a warm welcome from Mercedes, Agustina, thanks to the boys and gals for a cheery, efficient breakfast time ~ attentive, prompt table set-up AND back-of-the-house for the food quality, mucha gracias!

First hotel i have stayed in Argentina to provide box of tissue paper in the bathroom(i sincerely thank & applaud this) but not the first for me to pull out 2-pieces and vamos(!)box was emptied. Rectified after i brought the box to the reception, first attempt they brought toilet paper.

Receptionists and restaurant, were Great.

Staff is VERY attentive, the breakfast is excellent at a very low price ($5), the restaurant is better than what you would find in most 4-5 star hotels

$90 / night surcharge for a pet seems a little too much (over 50% of the nightly rate)

Wonderful new hotel, well-trained staff, great installations. Perfect! What Neuquen has been lacking for a long time.

Attentive staff

Accessing the underground parking elevator with anything else than a small car is quite difficult. Exiting is even harder as you have to get to the elevator on reverse.
