Very quiet, nice view of the lake, comfortable bed

Breakfast was average, there weren’t really spa facilities (as advertised)

Aguila Mora delivered as a destination for a short stay, but it can also be for an extended stay. The rooms are setup as apartments with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and spacious bathroom (the heated floor is a nice touch). The kitchen is well equipped and you can prepare your own meals if you want. Nice view to lake Nahuel Huapi. The indoor pool is large enough to accomodate a few people and the whirlpool outside is quite nice to enjoy the view while soaking in the warm water. Breakfast was included and held in one of the meeting rooms, adequate selection that can satisfy the pickiest of eaters. I did not use the gym, but there is one for those that want one. The staff was friendly and willing to accomodate requests, they do a nice job!

It would have been nice if the indoor pool was bigger, but perhaps nitpicking here. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms and the weather was quite warm and it is not even summer yet. In the evening you can open the window and perhaps you do not need AC but during the day it can get uncomfortably warm.

The room was very comfortable, and also the beds, the small kitchen was great for making small meals with two kids. The parking very comfortable, but expected since you need a car to get to the hotel.

The room's window glass was shattered, felt pretty unsafe to say the least, with two young kids around. I called the minute we got in the room to make sure they know, nothing done about it. The room service was pretty bad, we ordered once for dinner, got noticed it would take 30/40 minutes, it took 1.5 hrs for 3 small dishes (!!). Not only one of the dishes was uneatable (a hard pizza, with dripping oil cheese), we got a "sorry for the delay" message and paid full price. It was really dissapointing. The view of the lake, not so much, just a look in between trees (and we were top floor).

The room had a great view.

The property does not have any AC and the WiFi was extremely poor.

Very nice and comfortable place, nice and big rooms, very well equipped with a really nice view of the Nahuel Uapi lake.

A little far away from downtown, you always need transportation to move.

the hotel deceived me and charged me for a Christmas dinner outside of my dates at the hotel. Around USD 400. i informed them that i would arrive on the 25th of December and they still booked me and charged me a dinner on the 24th of December. In addition to this dishonesty, they said that the dinner was non-refundable. A hotel without ethical values. Deadbeat management. Booking should do their due diligence before adding or supporting any type of business.

Everything was great! The breakfast was perfect, very good choice. Very comfortable bed, and we had every day housekeeping. Our room was really big, plus had a beautiful view for the lake and mountains. The hotel had a sauna and a good-sized swimming pool. I would come back here again.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very centric....close to the center (a short drive away) and also to other sightseeing spots. The staff was great, the restaurant is very good and they have many options in their menu. The rooms all have beautiful views and they are very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was also good.

Only one negative point. The insulation of the room is not very high. Thus the silence depends on your neighbors…

We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen facilities but they seemed adequate for a short stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the restaurant on the premises, we had two delicious and reasonably priced dinners there. The hotel is located just a short drive from the center of town and located near other restaurants. All in all I think it was good value for money.

No real problems with the room or the facility, but it seemed a little nit-picky to charge if we used any of the coffee/tea pods in the room (never had that before) or if any dirty dishes were left in the kitchen. I've stayed at many places with kitchen facilities in many countries and never had to pay for dishwashing when we left.

Unprofessional person on reception when i have arrived, very bad english, not tasty dinners, no fair place outside, poor breakfast, additional charges even for simple omlet or espresso, very small swimming pool, very small gym, no working sauna, I am recommending to choose another place with comfort.

Fantastic location, facilities and rooms. Compatitive price and extremelly friendly staff. What else could you ask for?

Very very nice facilities. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The spa is very nice and the massages and facials are top notch. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious.
