Room with no view of lake No air conditioning but they did provide fans

Spacious room with Jacuzzi - amazing after coming back from a hike... beautiful view, privacy, calmness. Really nice pool outdoor and indoor

The Spa could have been better, massage rooms were not very equipped or inviting...

Absolute stunning views. Just beautiful

Very far from the city and unless you have a car, it was a 1 1/2 mile walk along a busy road (no sidewalk) to get into town. Also, rooms are not air conditioned and are very hot when the temps rise in the summer.

The breakfast could be better .

No air conditioner and restaurant and food service quality was way below what we expected for the hotel price.

Disappointed

The room is far away from the main building. No AC . No coffee in the room

excellent location on a high spot above the lake with beautiful views. room excellently equipped with a great jacuzzi overlooking the lake, all great!

The Staff was very professional and very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. Beautiful views and the Suites excellent with lots of light and very clean.

It has an exceptional view from the room. Having a hot tub inside the rooms makes the experience so much more relaxing, enjoying the mountains view and the so very peaceful lake.

From the main entrance of the building, we had to climb 309mts to our room. It is a challenge for vehicles to enter the building since it is a narrow and steep road.

We stayed in an amazing room in the second building, with huge windows and a bath with view to the lake. The breakfast room was also incredible with the landscape view.

Perhaps if you stay in the forth building it’s advisable to have a car or otherwise it can be a little far to the club house.

The view is beautiful, rooms are cozy and the restaurant is even cozier. We had the double cheese burger at the restaurant and it was very nice. The design is beautiful. We liked the window in the bathroom.

Lack of sound insulation in the bedroom. It’s cold even when it has some extra heating. It doesn’t have complimentary water and the nearest stores are far away.

Everything was great! Far enough and close enough to the city center. Right outside so going to the touristic attractions was super easy. The room was very spacious and we could watch the sunrise from our huge windows. Breakfast was plenty and good. Staff were all exceptional. Spa sauna was a great plus. I highly recommend it!

Lovely view, concept and services.

Facilities are a bit dated, main pool and sauna is pretty run down

Beautiful resort-like hotel just outside of Bariloche. The hotel and property are beautiful with lovely landscaping and some wildlife to enjoy from a nice deck on our room. We enjoyed the exercise facility as well as the heated pool. Very spacious and clean room

The breakfast was disorganized with things running out often, despite the "reservation" system and some of the fruit looked to have been sitting out for days. We did not eat in the restaurant for lunch or dinner because the breakfast was so disappointing.

Good location, nice breakfast.Staff was very helpfull we arrived very early in the morning and they gave us a private place to rest since the room was not ready yet.Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and diner is good. Coffee could be beter.

Lovely quiet position outside of Bariloche. Great for exploring the area. Beautiful views of the lake from our room . Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing view from the room

The room very low maintenance, some places was not clean. Cleaners were cleaning at 16 pm. The breakfast was poor

Great location, really lovely staff at the apartment building and owners were very helpful. The pool was much bigger than expected and really nice, as was the apartment!

We really enjoyed eating in the casual dining room with the nice view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Water pressure is luxuriant.It is close to the town center, but requires a taxi ride. It was a good base for visiting the circuita chica and the town center.

There is quite a hill up to our building. We got used to it, but it is less ideal when it rains. They do offer a shuttle bus, but it feels odd to use it.They changed our electronic key every day which was frustrating because it required us to walk down and up the hill to change it.
