    • breakfast and foodThe facilities are old
    • There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but we were able to easily take the bus for dinners out. Just make sure your sube card is sufficiently charged since there’s nowhere nearby to charge it.It also is located across a busy street from the lake, but there is no lake access.

Excellent location, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Walls are thin - nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel but it did wake us in the morning with the next door room making noise (they were just talking, not being unreasonable)

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly from the front desk to the restaurant! The hotel itself is right on the lake and there’s a bus stop right outside to go to the main town. There were bikes to rent which was great and it was an excellent price for our staff.

    Nothing, it was excellent.

The location around circuito chico is on point! Also the family rooms are spacious and with a door that separates the two rooms which is really convenient. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed during summer time and the heating system is centralized and cannot be

Everything was great, but a fridge in the room would be nice.

Slightly dated but a good place for a short stay

The property is set in beautiful grounds in a stunning location on a hill by a lake 20k from Bariloche. It’s a proper old school hotel with formal (ish) dining and printed invoices on high quality paper. It’s a bit like stepping into an earlier era. Everything is pretty much how it must have been when it was built in the 60s? It’s all high quality, clean and well maintained but very much of its time. I loved it. The staff, especially Facundo on reception, are real career service professionals not just jobbing students. It’s that kind of place. It has a The Shining ambience which, again, I loved!

The lighting in the restaurant was terrible. The waitress actually had a pocket torch to help me Reed the menu. But it is all original and probably a vital part of the style.

Beautiful location, the room was spotless and the staff very kind and helpful

Clean hotel with all the essentials. Friendly staff. The resturant including the included morning breakfast was very good. Definitely needs a car. The commute back and forth from Bariloche is a good 45 mins to hour one way and that assuming little traffic. Also getting an Uber or taxi will itself take 20 to 30 mins unless you are lucky. So something to consider.

    9DavidPosted on: 3-2-2024

The staff are lovely particularly Paula in the restaurant. The hotel is clean and well run. It is a few kilometres away from the boat launch right on the street but quite far back so there is no road noise. The views of the lake are very good.

Hotel is starting to show signs of age. (But for the price you should look past it)

Great spacious hotel, has a huge lobby, bar, pool table. Very friendly staff. Everything is super clean, great breakfast.

Room is very small and a little old style.

    9GonzaloPosted on: 10-11-2023

The hotel is super cozy and the staff is super nice. Rooms are spacious as well as the common areas. The hotel is located ouside of central Bariloche but it is inmerse in nature, more quite and close to the Pañuelos port. The hotel has a good restaurant for having dinner and a bar for having drinks and snacks at any time.

Looking at the photo of the building it seems that the patio it is larger than it really is

    Beautiful architecture and good breakfast.

Cleaning personnel mistakenly opened the room door while we were inside. The place is much more beautiful in the photos than in real look.

The staff was friendly and professional. The facilities are fantastic!!Great views from the bedroom and breakfast area.
