The location and most of the staff were good. The bed was also comfortable.

The breakfast was not as good as the reviews - instant coffee etc.

The breakfast was good, with great views from the dining room. The open arrangement of the ground floor made the area feel spacious. The location is quiet and very close to the main tourist street for shopping and restaurantsStaff arranged a taxi to take us to the airport.

The hotel Concorde met all our needs whilst staying in Bariloche. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean room, hot showers, great location and breakfast included. Breakfast room has nice view of the lake.

The hotel is old but clean and the room didn’t have AC so was quite hot later at night. Not major problems though.

The day staff in the reception area were lovely.Exceptionally clean throughout. The breakfast was excellent , fresh fruit, and fresh fruit salad. Much appreciated by foreign visitors were breakfast cereals , scrambled eggs and bacon, an abundance of pastries, cakes, jams and superb coffee. What was also a nice touch is that the restaurant staff would feel your flask with hot or cold water, and free of charge.The breakfast staff were so, so pleasant and the views from the restaurant facing the Nahuel Huapi lake are amazing.

On the first night as we had travel all day we opted to eat in the hotel’s restaurant, it was disappointing, limited choice and very expensive, but we soon learnt that Bariloche is more expensive than other areas of Argentina.

Convenient location, helpful staff at Reception, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast room has a spectacular view. Just a response to all the reviewers who mentioned the "old" furniture: Yes, the furniture was wooden(which befits a hotel in an alpine, scenic holiday location and most well-traveled guests would describe as "rustic") but to say that it is "old" and imply that the hotel is "run down" is just wrong. Both the rooms and the lobby were very attractive. What were you people expecting when you chose a hotel in Bariloche? A tragically-hip uber-modern dance club in Ibiza?

Location! The breakfast attendents were super nice. And the breakfast buffet has a great view.

The reception staff were really mean and rude. They made judgey faces when I walked in and out. Really annoying. Also they tried to overprice me about booking the room for another night. If you ignore them you'll be okay.

Hot water kettle in room is necessity. it was required.

Loved the location and nice view from our room and dining area. The Lakeview rooms were small, but pleasant.

Lots of traffic noise at night, and a nightclub next-door that went on until well past 6 AM. Those things are mostly out of the control of the hotel but what they can improve is the poor offerings for the breakfast buffet. The choices were very meager. There were a few broken, hard-boiled eggs that ran out before we could get one. The bread was subpar. No love went into this breakfast.

The noise of car and motorbike racing up and down the road during the night. It was bad and difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect; really central and easy to get everywhere from. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good too.

Staff at the reception not very pleasant and did not deduct the 21% tax foreigners should not pay. Also exchange rate applied did not seem correct.

The property is dated. The room was too hot (I don’t know if there was a boiler near by). Several things didn’t work (like a fan). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great central location, nice breakfast room overlooking the lake, delivers what is advertised.

Would benefit from some refurbishment.
