We loved the location, it was minutes away from the main center, the lake, the market, Rapanui was around the corner. They have 24 hours reception so it was a smooth check in and check out considering our flight got delayed and we checked in at 3 AM and we had a early check out of 2:30 AM. They clean the room every day. The breakfast platter was also great.
We would like to suggest some improvements, it would be great if they had drinking water provided in jugs in the rooms so that one didn't have to go down all the way to the reception to get drinking water.
Excellent location, a place to sleep over without troubles, nice staff nice breakfast. Parking is convinient. Rooms with basic things, l slept with family and everyone said the bed was comfortable.
Shower space a little small it's more like a hostel type place, but the location is excllent if you would like to appreciate the best places of downtown specially at night, the most vivid streets are just around the block.

the sheets were so dirty, the room was small it was so hard to even open 2 suitcases inside of it. the room was attached to the loby and you could hear everything.

The hotel is located close to Bariloche center and they have free private parking.Also very close to the lake.Nice breakfast and freindly staff.
Maintainance of the room was poor and thw room was not very clean. We found hair on the blanket when we got the room.

Located very conveniently and with private parking in the centre of Bariloche. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was also very complete.
Communication with the staff at the reception was a bit difficult at times due to a language barrier.
The location is amazing, really a minute walking from every place you wanna go.The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean.
I got an enuite on the ground level so it was a bit noisy. It was facing the parking lot, so I had noise from the cars, and lots of people walking by the aisle making noise too. Everything else was nice.
