Great staff, they told me where to go where to eat what to do how to get there and how to get back no complaints

Clean and quiet very central. Very helpful staff

The location and the hot water in the showers were good.

Even though there was an elevator, it was impossible to get around without stairs, and the rooms were not particularly premium.

The location is great. In the center of the city near to everything.The stuff of the hotel was really nice and happy to help in everything.

The bed point is the size of the room.It supposed to be a room for 2 persons but the size is very very small.Also the bathroom and the toilet was very small. It was very small that a normal size of a men even a kid would be hard to get in the shower.

Very central 2 blocks from centro bus stop so great for bus out to Puerto panueles for hikes.Clean comfortable though cramped. Great cafe on corner 30 m away for breakfast.

It was very good price for what you get.

People horning their car constantly on the street of the hotel and listening to regeaton boom boom style music at any time during the day, night or morning. The hotel was great, just the noise on the street was irritating.

They were helpful with storing my bike. Very good price for my room. Helpful staff.

Very hard beds and slightly odd smell.

Very well located hotel. Has no breakfast but is practically right besides a very nice bakery. Staff is always helpful. Few steps away from everything you need in the city, including nice restaurants, supermarkets, stores, tour agencies and so on. Comfortable bed. Clean room.

There should be hangers for the towels in the bathroom. The heating system was not working properly in the bathroom. There should be a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Superb location

very thin walls, you could hear the outside noisethe shower way to small, and wasn't clean enough, nor had the towels (we had to ask)some of the staff in the reception wasn't nice

Nice clean room, daily room service. Safe in room. Good central location. A lot of prior comments about 'hard' beds - and indeed they are very firm - but we are used to that and slept well.

No breakfast - but lots of options nearby. The noise was as expected in a town centre. The issue is not with the hotel - it is the numerous old cars / boy-racers with VERY loud exhausts. I guess no MOT / NCT etc in Argentina.

The location is great. The rooms were basic but clean.

One of the few places not to offer breakfast. Aside from one lovely blonde lady the staff were some of the rudest I have ever encountered. The simplest question was met with indifference. Bariloche is overpriced as it stands but you can definitely find better.

The property is in the heart of the city close to the lake everything is at your arms length

I booked the day before, I like that I was able to find anything at all. The cleaning staff is honest. I left my wallet in the room by mistake but came back to find everything in order.

It is marked as a 3 star hotel, but it is a 2 star at best. It doesn't have many basic amenities like a mini fridge, hair drier, hair conditioner, etc. Small bathroom, to get into the shower you have to squeeze between the sink and the toilet. No temperature control and centralized heating, for me it was way too hot. If you open the window it gets very noisy. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors clearly.

The location was really good and the price/quality was unbeatable in Bariloche.
