Average breakfast. Street noise and you can get neighbors opening and closing their doors.

We had some problema at check in since at check in our room type was not available but they found a better solution and greeted us with some treats as an apology. Experience was fine though, breakfast was good and had good variety. Rooms comfortable and clean. WiFi was very bad.

Gorgeous hotel in the center of the city. Amazing breakfast, the best we had in Argentina; the pool was wonderful as well as the sauna. Great staff, especially at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel located in excellent location, right in the centre of Bariloche. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the lake. Two beds were provided as per our request in advance. Clean and the WiFi worked really well. Highly recommend!

The shower pressure and water flow were both very weak, but we managed to wash our hair despite this.

The rooms are specious and clean. The view from our room was amazing. Good parking nearby .located in the city center.

There is no air conditioning only a fan. If open the windows lots of noise from street.

The value for money is not good. For this price range I expect more. The hotel wasn’t updated and it was clean but not clean enough.

They didn’t let me exclude IVA from the price as booking said although I’m not an Arg resident. They made up a law and were not able to show it to me. To compensate they gave me free early check-in. The water pressure of the shower was awful.

There must have been some sort of conference because the dining room was always busy and full of people and kids. very noisy and crowded. the internet connection wasn't great. the phone didn't work. the beds were very narrow.

Loved the location. Room facilities were fine. Staff were very good

We were in rooms facing the view of the lake so view was lovely BUT you had a choice - either open the windows and the noise was unbearable and constant throughout the night OR leave the windows closed and wake up suffocating with lack of air (even with the fan running) and hot. I tried both - windows closed at the beginning of the night only to be woken by stuffiness and heat and then windows open but unable to sleep. At around 3am every night I tried watching something as I could not sleep but I then could not hear the television for the noise in the street.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect if you want to see city and surroundings. Our room had 2 bedrooms and it is excelent for the family with children. It is clean and silent.

The water pressure in one shower was weak

Old, not updated and way overpriced for what the facilities have to offer. WIFI didn’t work during our whole stay and they didn’t even offer a discount. It needs a renovation!
