Kindness of the people at the counter, restaurant and staff in general

I would like the floor would be better broomed o vaccumed

The staff was very nice and the location is amazing! Right in the center of all good things (chocolate stores, lake in a walking distance, and the plaza as well)

Note that there's no mini-fridge in the room. We filled our bottles with clean cold water from the machine in the middle floor.Also, no air conditioning. Our room was with a lake view which is amazing but can be a little hot because of the sun. Wouldn't recommend being here in the sunmer time.

Good value and right in the centre of town, with very friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed 3 nights here. Entrance is up a old arcade which we were a bit concerned about. However once we met Juan Manuel at reception we knew we had booked the right hotel. He is a lovely guy who goes out of his way to assist you in any way he can. We had a room with a view over to the lake which was beautiful. Older style rooms but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and nice. Would recommend to those wanting a good value hotel in the heart of bariloche

It's located in the best location of Bariloche, the team has cleaned my room every day.

The breakfast is very boring, no eggs, bad coffee, no other type of bread other than white bread.

Check--in was awkward. Partly due to language issue ,I only understand english, communication was unpleasant.Breakfast was not impressive.

Payment problem's

We are arrived in hotel early night and asking to pay in cash. Administrator ask for $54000 peso, but price on Booking was $42 USD. I didn't mention this, because was very exhausted, but then I realise it was to late. Please be careful and double check the amount.

The location was great.

The parking garage was several blocks away and the parking spaces were extremely tight.

We arrived before 7 am. They arranged to have a room cleaned as soon as possible for us to move in way before check-in time, and even offered a free breakfast while we waited! Both desk and breakfast staff were so kind and sincere. Highly recommended!

Location

The guy who was working at the reception was very rude, completely unwilling to try to speak English to us using phrase „speak in Spanish” and nothing more. The other guy who made the check in for us was very friendly and helpful though.

Basic but good room, comfortable bed, hot shower. The temperature in the room was perfect. Excellent location in the middle of town

Very poor communication between staff and poor customer service. Had an early bus and I said upon check in that I’ll be checking out early - just before 6am. I was told no problem and there’ll be a coffee waiting as I’ll be missing the included breakfast.When I came down there were no staff at reception (or anywhere else in the hotel) and all exit doors were locked, including the emergency fire door. I ended up having to shout and make noise from the ground floor to try and get someone to hear me. A man came down about 15mins later. Terrible experience and almost missed my bus to Chile. I dread to think if there was a fire or medical emergency and people can’t get out of the building.

The front desk and the kitchen staff were incredible !They gave me a room with a million dollar view ! Great and modest hotel with an awesome location!

Great location in central Bariloche with friendly staff. Comfortable bed; super hot water for bath; water machine for refilling drink bottles was a bonus. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

Ok room, Hot water shower, good location, fair price since bariloche seems expensive.

Ok breakfast but in a hotel I anticipate a bit better breakfast (add egg, or an alternative bread). Price was a bit higher at arrival than on booking.

Perfect location.

Overpriced and worth noticing that they add 10.000 Pesos if you're paying cash.Some insect in the room bit or stung me multiple times and it weren't mosquitos. Wi-Fi runs very instable.

Wont recommend

We had to leave in the middle of the night because of an unbearable noise from the street and really old windows in the room that weren't helping at all. Reception sais they can't do anything for us and refused to give back at least half of our money. We spent in the room 30 mins or smth while looking for a new place. Wifi was bad. Bathroom didn't look nice. You will get better service in a hostel. And you never know if there will be noise again, its the very center.

Locations and clean

We was with out water for 24 hour and with out hot water for 36. For the climate of the region you need hor water the offen soon return money back that they never did.
