Location, comfort, breakfast, cleanliness, staff.

No air circulation (or AC) in rooms unless windows were opened. We were on a floor where anyone could walk by the window and step into the room.

Big room and bathroom (with Jacuzzi bathtub!). Perfect location. Good breakfast options.

Poor wifi inside room

1. The Location of the Hotel was perfect. 2. The room was clean and quite and the hotel staff was very kind.3.If you come by Car, Parking a Car can be an issue. We were lucky and parked our rented Car on one of the side streets close to the hotel, usually in the evening towards the end of the paid parking time, and paid the parking fee to the inspector in advance on the street. (The next morning I left the hotel to the car, located the inspector on the street, (almost every street close to the center has a parking inspector). I paid her for the hour up to two hours when we still needed to park.Note: Close to the hotel around the corner there is a parking lot where parking for 24 hours costs 40,000 pesos (about 27.5 USD).

The location was excellent — very central and convenient, close to everything

Almost everything else. The rooms had bedbugs, a strong smoke smell that caused headaches and sleepless nights, and serious maintenance issues — clogged showers, bursts of boiling water, and a leaking radiator.Our 6-year-old daughter was burned by the boiling water and was afraid to shower again.When the toilet flooded, staff blamed us instead of fixing it, and another family room had the same smell and bites, with the hotel only replacing the mattress.Overall, the stay was unsafe, dirty, and very poorly maintained — definitely not worth the price, despite the good location.

Great location, we were able to leave our luggage as arrived early and left late.

The staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel's location in the heart of the city is a great advantage, making it easy to explore the surroundings. However, being in the center also means it can be busy and noisy at times, so it’s best suited for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite worn down. The swimming pool, corridors, rooms, and bathrooms all show significant signs of age and lack of maintenance. The internet connection in the bedrooms was very bad. We had to go to the reception area to get a good connection. The gym lacks equipment for a full body workout. The breakfast was disappointing, very sugary, mainly consisting of sweet rolls, and the sausages were low quality, straight from a package. The scrambled eggs often had an off-putting taste, making me wonder if there was a bad egg in the mix.Considering the condition of the hotel and the lack of attention to detail, the price is extremely high for what you get. It does not offer the quality or experience expected at this price point.

One ceiling light had no switch so we could only turn it off by pulling the room key card meaning the other switches and outlets did not work anymore. Very inconvenient!

Well located

It's definitely not a 4-star hotel. Most expensive during our 3 week try, with very poor standards for the money paid. Worst breakfast. Almost lethal gym. Not even a kettle in the room. Fancy pool in a very old hotel.

The food at the restaurant is an embarrassment. Worse than microwave food. Worst meal I ever had.

The location was great and given it's in the city centre, pick ups are also very convenient (just by telling them the name of your hotel most tour companies know). The hotel itself is simple to navigate so that was nice as well, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The wifi did not work in my room, so I always had to go down to the lobby to make use of it. And the pool water seemed a bit dirty, or musky, which didn't allow me to see either the bottom of the end of it. I am not sure if it's a different water? but it was definitely not clear, more like foggy.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect in the middle of town. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to check out at 7 a.m. to go to the airport and that's when breakfast began, but that was my issue for not scheduling my flight later.

Unwelcoming staff. It took ages for the receptionist to stop his phone chat and engage. Poor breakfast. No sockets by bed. Tiered scuffed rooms. Just a general sense of the people who run this place think it's way better than it actually is.
