Location and great hotel staff

Not a big thing but the elevator could only hold 3 people. Not an issue if on low floors but could be if on floor 4 or 5

The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choices. The staff of the hotel, specially the front desk staff, was super friendly.The location of the hotel was close to the city center, within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores.Parking was available

The hotel is very well located. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they even lent us a bus card and offered lots of useful information for tourists, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast could be improved, since most of the options are sweet pastries and not of the best quality. It would be nice to have more variety, especially some savory choices.The rooms are fine, but they could be a bit more modern and better maintained. The price is quite high for what the hotel offers. I understand that hotels in Bariloche are generally expensive, but this one did not really have a special feature that makes it stand out.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff in the heart of the city with parking

We stayed 2 nights, the first night we had a first floor room street. It also had very loud construction going on until 8 pm. Also the room was very highly scented, not good for someone with allergies. We requested to change rooms, the second night was better. The hotel is very basic, pillows uncomfortable and and ok breakfast, staff were very nice.

Clean, spacious hotel with well maintained shared areas. Enjoyed the sundowner free drink on the terrace. Good breakfast, was surprised that you had to pay extra for cooked eggs.

Needed to leave an empty bag for a week - the staff were super helpful, but wanted me to pay per night in cash.

I loved this hotel, it was very comfortable and well positioned in the town.The buffet breakfast had a great choice of fresh fruits and other breakfast products,Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

There was window or fan in the bathroom. Expensive for the quality of the room.

We had a room on the top floor. The lift reached only the floor below, and we hsd to climb the last floor.

I my room was facing the street and until very late at night the noise was too much. make sure your room does not face the street.

Location central in town near bus stops and restaurants. In room safe. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and in a safe location.

No air conditioning. We had to leave window open so you then have road noise. There was an in room large fan.The lift in the hotel was old and small. We were on 5th floor but lift only went to 4th floor.Breakfast was very basic.Staff did not speak any english which made it harder to communicate (as my spanish was very basic), but we managed.

Staff was nice.

No extra covers for the beds and lighting minimal. Breakfast was OK, no room service which gave me a bad time, since I had a fever.

The location is great - close to the lake, the shopping street, many dining options etc. The wonderful gentleman at the front desk, the only one who spoke English, was very warm and welcoming. The others were helpful too as long as I used Google Translate to communicate with them.

Parking was tight and I needed to move someone else’s car that was blocking me in and the hotel staff person did not know how to drive stick shift. I thought it odd that I had to move a guest’s car.

The apartment is brand new and centrally located close to the restaurants cafes shops and bars.A lovely spacious place would definately return.

Location was excellent. Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants and the center of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was exceptionally hot during our stay so air conditioning would have been great!

1st night our room was a bit noisy but their staff found another room that was much quieter.
