Nice location and spa looked nice.

Poor inaccurate information about the facility including reservation for spa use. Staff wasnt very friendly.

The location is astonishing.

The staff came across as somewhat impersonal. The room key system is outdated and required frequent reprogramming throughout the day. There was a strong odor in the room upon arrival, and cleanliness in the bathroom could have been improved, as hair was present. Checkout time is relatively early at 10:00 a.m. Additionally, the elevators are old and operate very slowly.

Do not stay here! The property was extremely outdated and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off everywhere. Not to mention that there were stains all over the walls and ceiling.Additionally there was a swastica outside our window that was never cleaned. For the price per night it was NOT worth it.

The stadf was very friendly and provided good directions. The breakfast was really good.

The so called gym was small, and it was in the same place as the spa, so you couldn't workout without bothering the people trying to relax at the spa. The room temperature was way too high even when turning the heating off.

Amazing hotel. The staff were superb. Really comfortable and great location. Would highly recommend.

We loved EVERYTHING. From the moment we entered the hotel we felt in great care. The hotel managers were very welcoming making our check in a very smooth process. We went to our bedroom and we missed the crib for our baby but after a couple of hours they arranged this for us and it was setup so cute! Bed: super comfortable! View from the bedroom: beautiful (overlooking the city, Otto hill and to the right the lake) The breakfast: 11 points. The personnel was super kind, friendly and even arranged a baby seat for us. The SPA/GYM are is small but very cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing morning after a good workout. Location: 20 points. Only half block from the main avenue and the lakeside with tons of restaurant options. Sun was out and we enjoyed walking a lot! Price was also very good for the season. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is centrally located and has a very nice lobby. A welcome drink at the bar was a nice gesture and the staff was friendly and very professional. The breakfast was rather good.

The rooms and everything beyond the lobby are simply run down and need remodeling. It would also be nice to have a sign outside the hotel with its name on it, so one doesn't have to guess...

Location is great and the staff is the best! Everyone was super attentive and helpful at every time. From the breakfast, spa and reception! Possibly the best quality of the hotel!

The rooms are a bit outdated and do not have enough air through the window that opens. But still are good enough.

Location was excellent, near the lake and the chocolate shops. Reception and staff were helpful

Breakfast was good but too many sweets and sweet cereals, no museli or granola.

The internet now working at all except in the lobby, the suffisance of the staff when asked about the internet problem (seeming to say it’s like this and the owner does not want to improve it).

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, good central location. Enjoyed being able to use the sauna and jacuzzi. There’s also a small gym.

Pretty noisy at night from the road below. Rooms a little tired, scuffs/ripped wallpaper

WiFi is very bad. Only on the reception it works properly. In the room it was mostly unavailable or super slow.

This place was the best so far on our trip through Patagonia, which is nearing the end. The service is fabulous, the breakfast is delicious and I loved my relaxing time in the Spa like area. It far exceeded my expectations. Thanks crans!

Bed

Toilet flushed the whole bathroom. You could only sit down to the toilet if you opened the door of the shower altough we are very little people. The whole room needs restoration. Windows could only be left open if you squeezed a plastic bottle into it. Breakfast did not start on time. The place looked like a tourist hotel back in the 90's in Europe.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to the main street.

We got no sleep between noisy guests and loud motorcycles going by all night. It was honestly quite miserable.

Location was good, room size with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was a tad small, but clean and everything worked. Great breakfast and a complimentary arrival drink. staff very helpful and attentive. Great value for money

Sorry, but the atrocious internet in all areas, really lets the place down. I suspect the problem has been ongoing for some time and will continue.With no AC in the rooms we had trouble sleeping.
