Our lock on our door was prone to not staying locked

Staff was great. It was much appreciated that they had parking for our large van.

The room got a little hot with no air conditioning.

- Cleanliness- Location: you can visit the city center by foot and has access to Bariloche’s main roads.- Very comfortable bed- Friendly staff

- The bathroom is not spacious. Tall people can’t shower comfortably. - Limited disposition of power outlets.- Breakfast with limited variety.- Old television.- Old safe. It wasn’t working properly.

Location is central. It’s very cheap if that’s what you’re looking for/need.

It’s very old, and feels cramped. The pictures make it looks much nicer. Room was clean but very tiny with poor lighting. Just was not what we were hoping for. For a little more money there are much nicer options.

The hotel is pretty near to the Centro Cívico and a lot of different places of interest. The room with lake view was amazing. Also pretty good breakfast with several options.

Excellent stay. Facilitated early check in, was helpful organising an early morning taxi for departure. Room was clean and hotel was centrally located.

Very good hotel near the main square of this beautiful town of Bariloche. The breakfast was really good and the customer service was excellent. The view from my room was amazing

A little bit of noise during the night

Very good location within easy walking distance of centre. The room was nice with a good view of the Lake. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower and big towels. It was nice and quiet and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms were too small, the parking spots were too small, and the staff were rude and unfriendly!

This is a charming family run small hotel right in the centre of town. We loved staying here, mainly because we had a room with a comfortable bed, good bathroom and a STUNNING view(4th floor). Worth every penny. The staff were friendly and helpful with taxis, tips for eating out and excursions. Breakfast was good with excellent soft scrambled eggs alongside more usual local pastries and toast.

Those who like a modern business feel to their hotel might be a little disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Pleasant balcony with a view of the lake.

There should be more hooks in the bedroom and towel racks in the bathroom. The eggs at breakfast were not edible.

Lake view from room. Convenient location , easy walk to town. Fridge in room. Pleasant staff.

Shabby decor, needs renovation. No kettle or iron in room. Too many rules and regulations eg no leaving clothes on furniture, no eating in rom (!!). No tea or coffee facilities outside breakfast time.

The views are amazing! Breakfast was decent, although I wish they had more salty options (tons of sweets). Location is great, we walked everywhere.

Bathroom is a bit small, but not a big deal

Lovely room which overlooked the lake and had good quality bed linen and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with the option of a bath or shower. Breakfast was nice but a bit lacking in variety after 4 nights.

Ok place with old facilities.
