    • The location of the hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a nice variety every morning.
    • Location is excellent. Staff are amazing and super willing to help you at all times.
    • Brerakfast was very good. We had a room with a view to the lake. The hot tubs at roof are amazing

    Cons -

    • The bathroom was not updated. The room door to the hallway (all of them on the 11th floor) had to be slammed in order to properly close the door, making it very noisy.
    • The hotel lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are very poor. They need major updating. They do not look like they have been renovated since the 60s. Beds were nice, but needs updating badly.
    • No A/C. Dangerous for families who have kids and can throw out the window.

I enjoyed the view and aestetics

I hardly slept. I paid a lot of money, so I would be staying in a place I believed would enable me to have a good night's sleep after a 31-hour flight. That was FAR from true! I felt like the walls were made of paper; I was woken up throughout the entire night because I could hear every single thing, every sneeze, every conversation, every footstep or door closing. Wild waste of money and a complete bummer.

Good lobby and helpful front desk

    Small tight bathroom

    3davidPosted on: 1-12-2025

The location was good, but then you have to pay an extra US $22 a day for parking

It’s very old and the room was rundown. I would not give it more than a three star rating at best. The bed was very worn and very soft and uneven. There was no air conditioning so the room was so hot. We could not sleep. The bathroom was extremely old and cramped. There was so much street noise that it was hard to sleep Overall, we left early because it was not possible to get a good rest

The lake and mountain views from our large balcony were outstanding. The room was large with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with a rain showerhead and nice amenities. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk into the main tourist areas, with several bus stops along the way. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel breakfast included scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, desserts, teas, and lots of great fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Good location, nice service

Rooms are dated and small. The pool, one of the selling points was closed.

Beautiful hotel; great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom was tiny and outdated.

    9PriorPosted on: 10-27-2024

Location, comfort, breakfast, amazing lake view from our room.

Rude and unhelpful night receptionist.....a mature, bespectacled man.

    8GabrielPosted on: 7-17-2024

Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Pool is very nice and warm.

The rooms are dated, some of them might be reformed.

A first class hotel thought it was five star but they told me it was four

Very , very luxurious , a very interesting cascade at three levels that was found in the rocks when the hotel was built more than thirty years ago.Fantastic spa with jacuzzi and gym and I was on the tenth floor with a wonderful view of the lake

    9NicolásPosted on: 1-23-2024

Everything was to our liking, and we were very satisfied during our stay. The reservation was upgraded to a better one free of charge, moving us to a better room which included a king size bed and a panoramic lake view. Staff was always friendly and helpful. We had no problems with the food, as the continental breakfast selection was varied and high quality. The facilities were well maintained and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the indoors pool. Its closeness to the city centre is also a great advantage.

The location was very convenient to everything! The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

The hotel does not have Air Conditioning and it is starting to show its age.

    7DamianPosted on: 11-11-2023

The location and lake view were breathtaking

The hotel is a bit dated and many parts of the room needed maintenance.

    8AnnePosted on: 9-8-2023

    Comfortable with a few exceptions

The room was to warm for sleeping. If you opened the window it was noisy. The garbage trucks in the middle of the night or very early morning dis rupted our sleep.

Never again!! Be careful with this hotel. I booked 6 nights for the price of 497000Ars. When I arrived in the hotel late at night with the child , the price , told me by receptionist was 1079000Ars. More than twice higher. Of course, I asked why? The answer- because of exchange rate. I see such a cheatment the first time in Argentina. For sure, I refused to pay and have to make booking urgently to the other hotel, where I did not have any problems with the price and different exchange rate. It happened late in the evening and I was with the child! They just not fair and want to cheat their client! Be careful with this place

    All!

The room and view were very good and the dinner we had was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful

    Bathroom was small.

    Location and breakfast

Location and breakfast good, room from late twenties, yes, nineteen twenties! Bathroom close to unusable! lights only on mirror wall, 3 weak and glossy yellow small bulbs … not enough!Electrical installations barely working! Outlets, switchers and lamps consistently failing! Can’t imagine how this hotel can be somehow linked to Marriot!
