Nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Staff was not friendly, and food was expensive. Breakfast is not the best for this level of price.

Big spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was good and hotel has good parking lot with lots of space.

No amenities in rooms (coffee / tea) and aircon was not really working (luckily did not need it - as it was cool)

Breakfast was excellent.

Dinner took long to be served and the ajiaco was not great.

Modern, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Fridge in the room. We were just blasting down Ruta 5 and it was a good place to spend the night, and we were pleased the property offered dinner on site as well. Wonderful front desk staff- my spouse screwed up reservation but they patiently sorted it out for us.

The equipment in the gym wasn’t working.

I have stayed at the hotel more than 5 times in the last 2 years, every time I arrive they request information which they already have on their systems. There is no recognition of us being frequent customers. They even requested the ID card of my wife.

Breakfast schedule was fine at 0630 because I need to depart very early travelling to Santiago. Scrumbled Eggs were a little late but in time for me to enjoy them before leaving the cafeteria.Very good the temperture of the room, specially for the cold temperature that night.

When I arrive there were at least 5 to 6 clerks in the front desk and I was travelling with 4 One of them drops to the floor because the doors of the entrance are heavy, unortunately no one of this bunch of people manage to walk the few meters between the desk and the door to give me a help.Is a pitty the lack of sense of customer satisfaction of this people.

The hotel is new and the breakfast is good. Price/performance is good.

In the garden floor, we encountered a kind of bug.

Solid hotel facility with good breakfast. We stopped over in Osorno to service our motorcycle and change tires - chose this hotel for convenience but were pleasantly surprised at its quality. Good food and nice staff.

It was simply sufficient without really any thought of customers' ambience. The breakfast was minimal.
