Pros +

The location was great. Walking distance to a beach/restaurants as well as downtown to easily access the bus.
People were nice and it was walking distance to beach and restaurant.
Perfect for what it described and what I wanted.

Cons -

Advertised as having events for 3 separate evenings and they were not held Room amenities were to include a hairdryer, shampoo/cond &washcloths. None provided. No hot water in shower.
Looked great at first but beds were hard as rock, front door was rotten, filthy dish was in cabinet, walls were cracking, ants crawled on us, and the pool in the pics was not part of the deal. The people were nice but they need to fix it up.
It¿s a tad dark on the hotel street to walk at night¿ but that¿s not the property¿s responsibility
