Pros +
- One of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
- Clean room. Nice breakfast
- Very spacious and bright room. Pretty comfortable and quiet. Good location, friendly and helpful stuff. Good for a short stay.
Cons -
- If you are a foreign traveller, this is not the place for you since most of the staff can't speak English. You can't borrow an iron to press your clothes. They provide clothes pressing your clothes for a fee.On one of the days I stayed there, there was no buffet offered to guests. They made me order from the menu instead. In the menu, I ordered something that is worth 50K rupiah, but they charged me the full price of the buffet breakfast (60.5K rupiah). The explanation given to me was stupid as well because it clearly showed in the menu what I was supposed to get for the price of 50k rupiah. Do not get a room with the intention of adding breakfast later. Since the cost of the breakfast is so expensive, it is better to get a room somewhere else where the price of the breakfast is already included in the price of the room. You will save more money in the end. The window of my room is literally a wall. No sunlight comes in. The curtains were there to hide the fact that it is a wall. The AC blows in the direction of the working table.
- Bathroom was dated.Run down area
- Wifi was unstable, the phone to contact receptionist and restaurant didn’t work, soap holder in the shower was broken.

Wifi was unstable, the phone to contact receptionist and restaurant didn’t work, soap holder in the shower was broken.
I like the location that is close to a big mall. Food is good and cheap, especially breakfast package.
There isn't any room freshner. And the room I was given is like a massage room where you can see through the bathroom, because it is walled by transparent glass and thin slayers like. This shouldn't promoted by internet (booking.com, etc).
Location, close to favourite restaurant, songket shop, Antigen test and big Mall. Good housekeeping and hospitality
Blacked out window
I like that the hotel facility and design are close to those 3 stars hotels
The red and white pillows is not really clean.
