Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle

Amazing location and views. The igloos are so beautiful, very nice equipped and warm even on the coldest weather. The staff is so professional and welcoming. The team organized my birthday dinner and prepared such a nice written birthday postcard.

Excellent facilities. Friendly, attentive staff. Location to activities was a huge plus.

Main dishes were included for dinner, they dropped our bags off when we arrived, the staff was so kind, they had candy and water at the front desk, the breakfast was great, they called us a large car when needed for a fair price, they had a large crib for our baby, they gave us a toy for her

Igloo was super cute and comfortable. We booked the igloo with the hot tub-which was a perfect end to each night. Breakfast was great, dinner options were pretty slim. We ended up eating dinner at other restaurants in the area. Staff were super friendly, knowledgable and quick to respond to our requests.

Add a microwave to the igloos, and update TV's to smart TV's. No way to connect to other streaming services.

Lovely rooms with a romantic setting. Walking distance to Santa Claus village.

The igloos were a little closer to each other than I envisioned, but they were still private.

A bonus was watching the Finnish Airforce jets out our glass igloo every morning... Breakfast was great. Felt safe to wander around. Saw northern lights first week of April. It was spectacular.

English speaking TV in our room would have been nice, but no problem. It was unseasonably warm, so our snow mobile adventure got cancelled. But, could not be helped. Got a full credit. Everyone was very kind that we booked adventures with.

Location, igloos, great northern lights at 8pm, two hours after we arrived. Beautiful scenery.

Size of room, size of bathroom, limited storage space, room and bathroom were not clean.

The igloo with sauna was awesome. Beds were comfy, shower was great, glass rood was perfect for spotting northern lights.

Igloos had two connected units and the soundproofing was nonexistent between units. We could hear the screaming children next door though our whole stay. Very disappointing, given the exorbitant rate we paid.

An unbelievable and top-class experience. The room itself is spectacular, facing North to stand the best chance of catching the Aurora from your bed.The included dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic.Good locations with and easy walk to Santa's Village.

A fast commercial toaster at the breakfast would be an improvement. It was expensive but worth it.

The hotel is beautiful, it is very close to Santa's villa. The room was beautiful and the food was good.

There was no safe path between the room and the lobby because everything was ice over due to a thaw and freeze. They should have created a safe path with gravel.

The food was delicious and loved that it was a part of the room. The room was very nice and was great being able to see out of the roof.

Was nice and clean and the heating is very warm which is needed in winter.

Room size is small.

It has a good setting in the woods. The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. Check-in was super quick. The food was wonderful. The igloos are well kept & clean and the linen is super crisp & clean. Would be an excellent experience to watch the Arora Borialis from the comfort of your bed (sadly it was clouded during our stay).

The igloo is a bit small, and the on-screen entertainment is terrible. There are just 5 - 6 channels on TV, and just one channel has English at times. Because it was raining for a large part of our stay, we hoped to watch TV, but there wasn't much to watch.

I don't like that for a 5 stars hotel they don't have a coffee machine inside the room. They just offer a coffee powders.
