- Hotel employee was the best! She was able to check me in early and upgrade me to a room close to the pool! She was super sweet and helpful with everything!
- Well maintained rooms, excellent addition of snacks, drinks optional extras in room. great if a traveller arrives at an awkward time of day. Ground floor access for us oldies 5 stars.
Cons -
- That weekend the property had a group of young adults that were out partying through the night in the pool area and parking lot.and were disturbing a few of the guests trying to sleep.
- Parking was awkward as not designated due to upstairs accommodation. We refused to park out on street as the car was new and borrowed.We were given a spot in the entrance. Not ideal but staff were very helpful and understanding.
- Hallways and stairs are dirty, room is outdated, drapes were partially off, the smoke alarm was removed and put into the closet. The hairdryer tried to run but smoked and died. The toilet had been used and not flushed.Asked for a dryer never got ot.
