The location of the hotel is good and the bed in the room was very comfy.Staff was nice and accommodating.

We loved this hotel. We had a great experience, it was cosy and it had character. For us it was the real lapland hotel. Breakfast was excellent and having a sauna as well positive side . We Will definitely book again.

Nice efficient quiet room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They had a lot of vegan options at the breakfast bufe, which I was really happy about, and I saw quite a few gluten friendly options as well.

I've found the bathroom a little bit under cleaned to my preferences.

Easy to find, near supermarket, shops and oil station and bus stop, very fresh food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, staff very helpful and always available to satisfy any request.

Too near at supermarket area and not near at the new center where there are a lot of shops and restaurants, too many lights in the night that in winter are not so good to have and they can be annoying.

People at the reception are really kind. Breakfast was good, with an espresso machine which was perfect.

The space with the tables close to the receptions is closing at 8pm, so there is no way to meet with people after the hour.

Located near the town and right next to the big supermarket. Good breakfast. During week even dinner is served.Also parking right next to the entrance.

Room was not isolated well, you can hear noises coming from all the hotel.

Location isn’t bad

Staff can be better prepared to deal with guests and their requirements. I stayed with the property for less than 18 hours, and I had instances where something has been pointed out / requested to the staff and they couldn’t fix it/ help.

It was quiet enough.

Temperature of the room destroyed a good sleep, which was the only purpose of our stay. Temperature of the room was probably over 30 degrees and I had to use wet towel as a blanket to get at least some sleep.

The staff were very gentle and professional! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Easy check in, nice large car park. Room was spacious for two people. Bathroom was newer than photos indicated which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast included is always a bonus and there was adequate options for the stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Steam sauna works as expected. Additional information for future guests - dinner is NOT included. I say this as I noticed recent reviews mentioning this and wanted to clarify for future travellers.

More information about breakfast for early check outs - I saw a sign on a fridge but no further information. Location is okay as it's near some shops and the flybus stop for Airport, but is largely in an industrial area - this won't be a problem if you have a car. A suggestion would be to implement a key box for early check out - I left my keycards in the room, but it's nice to drop them in a box.

Very good hotel that was close to my expectations. The staff was very friendly before and during my stay! The rooms were very nice and clean with very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast included in the price that was super tasty and nice with many options! Location was perfect between the old and new center! Bus station is 1 min on foot from the hotel.

The location is perfect for a quick stop during a longer journey. The hotel is by the E10, in an area with many shops and fast foods.The room is quite spacious and it has everything you need for a short stay (cupborads and shelves could be missing for a longer stay)

There was no air conditioning and it became hot during the night. It feels a bit unsafe to open the window during the night when teh room is on the ground floor.

Location was pretty close to shopping complex. Staff was very helpful and assisted better than expected. Easy access at anytime.

Same breakfast menu everyday. They could have changed little varieries every other day atleast.Laundry service is not good. Drier not working.
