The staff was well below average and not helpful or personal. I asked a few questions and the general attitude I received was don’t bother me. Some of the staff were friendly but more than 50% were rude. During breakfast I got up to get more food and mentioned to a staff member that I’m still eating and they replied , “why do I care?”When asking about how to get to the bus stop for the airport, I was told to look it up on Google maps myself. I had already and wanted clarification as I arrived by bus and had difficulty arriving to the hotel. I wanted to clarify to make my flight. Since it was Sunday I was recommended to use a taxi. Again rude and not helpful.Customer service is not a priority and I would not stay there again. 7 could not sleep at night as the hotel is above a night club and was noisy from it all night.

Way too expensive for what was offered. The room is ok. But hallways, elevator etc give you the feeling of a shabby motel. Bed was not made properly and this all the stains on the mattress were visible…. Could hear people on the neighboring rooms. Breakfast pretty solid, but again not what I would expect for this price range.

Right in the middle of Alta with parking in a paid car park nearby. Good standards on everything.

Apps apps and modern communication which is ok if you are young. Never been to a hotel whereby you needed an app to switch tv on!!!

The staff was very nice and the common areas were nice. The location was good for our purpose there and quite a few restaurants within walking distance. And the bed was very comfy.

Breakfast was quite disappointing as they had no vegan options except for milk but no vegan cereal as far as I could see. There were some vegetarian options but over all very limited. The room we stayed in definitely needed some repairs. It had been converted into a hotel room and the work was not done by a pro. The view was also just onto a dirty roof. The bathroom got very wet when you took a shower and the shower curtain needed to be replaced as it was no longer white.

Location in town is great. Although it's not connected to the underground parking these days.Previous stay was great snd I loved the decor. This room was not quite so pretty.

It is not a very sound proof hotel. And when the party next door picks up a notch at 1am and continues loudly until 3am it is very annoying. Especially when one is trying to get sufficient rest before the 7am flight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed by four hours and we arrived just before midnight when reception was about to close. We mentioned to the receptionist that all our luggage was missing, including important medication, and he kindly referred us to a clinic close by where we could get emergency supply. The next day our phone batteries were almost flat and as our adapters were in the missing luggage, we couldn’t charge them. The receptionist on duty went out of her way to try and find an adapter which we greatly appreciated.Although the room was very basic, I was pleased to find body lotion in the bathroom, which we missed in almost all other hotels we stayed in.

The room was very, very basic. The bedside table was so small that apart from the lamp on it, there was no space for anything else.

A nice clean room with a comfy bed. Very close to the cathedral + conveniently located next to a bus station.

There could be a better selection of plant-based breakfast options.

Breakfast was pretty good. we were off season so it may have been a bit smaller than usual. Everything was great quality though.

The rooms were a little run down and the sauna costs extra if you want to use it.

We liked the location, the interior of the hotel and the restaurant.

I rate my reviews according to my expectation on what I paid. I booked this room in advance and had a good price. The room was large, the staff was helpful, the location was great and the breakfast was delicious. That's why i gave a 10.

The location was great and was right in the center of town.

We didn’t get the room we booked and the room was extremely small. There also aren’t many places in the hotel to work remotely because they close off the restaurant area after breakfast ends. The breakfast hours are also very short and could be extended by at least an hour.

The hotel is centrally located, the room and bathroom were clean, well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful. Everything is very close, e.g. grocery store, mall, bakeries... *****

Very welcoming reception. Very nice design for rooms. Amazing breakfast, that I really enjoyed. And good location in centre of city.

Breakfast was lovely, really great options and very nice food. Codes on doors was great. Room was very warm and spacious. Great location.
