Room was clean and reception staff helpful

Some areas a little run down

Nothing good about this hotel except the location, do not visit, ever.

No car parking despite saying this on the website. Required $100 bond. Staff not very helpful. Internet site said 'loft' but no loft. No blanket in room during winter. Required to present credit card in the morning to get bond back but no one at counter.

Very relaxed ambiance, huge kitchen and lounge, super friendly staff!

Air-conditioning was too cold the first night.... But after telling to staff they turned it down for the next night.

Great location, complimentary tea in the kitchen. Reliable wifi. Walking distance to the airport shuttle bus stop and greyhound bus stop.

Not a very fun place. But I guess it was quiet. Would recommend it!

Perfect location, nearby information center and bus station. Clean kitchen and well functioning facilities.

The property is well equipped with clean amenities and comfortable beds. The hostel is in a great location. The staff are helpful and informative.

The reception is open from 9 am to 5 pm. For example, it is not possible to borrow a hairdryer from reception after 5pm, which doesn't make much sense.

This is a simple but efficient and clean hostel located right in the middle of Alice Springs and only a 10 minute walk from the Greyhound bus stopThe staff are friendly and welcoming, and I would stay here again if in Alice Springs.

The reception does not open until 9am so after a very long overnight bus from Darwin, I had to wait in a nearby cafe from 7am until I could drop off my luggage, shower, etc. Something to be mindful of if you are arriving early!

staff are amazing. Location is great. right next to the mall, near the Bakery and Woolworths.

The kitchen is well- equipped.Also it is in a city center.

The room is extremely small for 4 persons.

YHA was simple but comfortable. There was a high level of cleanliness and the check in, check out and everything in between was smooth.They also supported our hike of the Larapinta with food drops and transfers. Having everything in one spot was great.Also close to all the action!

Rooms are small as expected and we had an early garbage pick up which felt right outside our window.

Check in process - I was coming after hours at 1830. Reception shut at 5!! The automatic check in using your app has to be started by staff. Otherwise they leave a key in the lock box. I’d received emails in the run up. Was quite chilled about it bc I thought 1830 reception would be open. When I realised that wasn’t the case. - hadn’t emailed the code for the lockbox. Luckily someone let me in then I buzzed the emergency intercom inside the property. They gave me a code that still didn’t work. Then I had to wait 30 min for someone to come to let me in. Alice springs isn’t very safe so thank god someone had let me in to use the intercom.Finally - the keys on your phone are a great idea but they’re quite temperamental and you have to keep waving them until they work.Two of the female members of staff were nice enough, male member of staff absolutely horrible. But all in all kinda useless - couldn’t help me with shuttle back to airport at all. Never saw them in reception during 9-5. Seemed work shy.

Exceptional value. The staff is wonderful and very helpful...Anna , Gary, & Anya. Movies every night . That is a unique feature for a Hostel. Great location. I would recommend it to everyone. Lol, MKB

Location is excellent. Close to everything.

The door to bring cars into the courtyard makes a dreadful scraping noise. It needs to be lifted and repositioned so it is easier and quieter to use.

Clean bathrooms, clean and spacious kitchen, nice common area with music, movie nights, free luggage storage

No light switch for the room just for the light at each bed. Only half of the stoves were working
