Friendly helpful staff .Great location close to everything

Traffic noise in room overnight was disturbing .My room faced on to busy street Starts early in the morning and lasts late into the night. They should consider double glazing the big windows in the future . A back room might be quieter.

The proximity to the centre, the layout of the room And the provided facilities.

Would find a microwave useful.

The price was right. The internet worked well during my entire visit. I used the hotel internet to remotely log into PCs in the U.S. The hotel wifi was acceptable for the entire stay.

Don't expect a fancy hotel. The rooms are adequate but not fancy. For the price, I would recommend this hotel.

Never got a room.stayed elsewhere

We never made it here. No body at reception area. Knocked and rang doorbell for over 45 minutes. Place completely fenced in with medal fencing and locks. Someone yelling inside as if intoxicated. Finally left and found another place. Police later said they frequently visited the place and not a place to stay atWhen we return to the states we will try to get our money back from booking.com

Room really smelt like smoke. Not sure if there were no smoking options available and I didn’t ask for them.

The bed was comfortable, shower was a good pressure and nice and hot, towels were fluffy.

The room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke when we entered, we tried opening the door letting fresh air in and spraying lots of room air freshener around which helped a little. This smell made the room feel very unclean.

A decent little motel for the night. Secure and comfortable enough.

Getting dated, but the price is reasonable, so we didn't mind.

Upgraded to a garden villa On arrival told I had up stairs room Asked to move got moved to a room that was old, with broken light above bed, fridge that you could not use freezer replaced with one that froze everything. No water on the last night or next morning. Room not cleaned just bins emptied. So not valve for money.

Walking distance to shopping areas, resto

Room 101, aircon stopped working. Was fixed worked for a short time and stopped working again. Hot water system also not working.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom looked like it has just been refurbished and was very nice.The hotel is very close to the town centre which is handy for pubs, cafes and shops.

The electrical sockets were a bit dodgy. One didn't work and another made are appliances overheat. Also, there were no sockets near the bed. The pool and pool area needed some TLC.

Absolutely nothing

The room was dirty, there was dust above the bed. In the bathroom one drawer was missing. The property is very dated, which woukd be ok had it been clean and servicable. But worst of all was the cockroaches. We killed 5 during our night including one on our bed covers. We left early in the morning as we couldn't sleep properly. I tried to give my feedback to reception but there was no one there when we left. I do not recommend.

Friendly, easy going staff and very clean and secure.

Perhaps a local town map in the room with places to eat might have been helpful, especially as we arrived late, but otherwise it was great.

Decent motel walking distance to eating and shopping options in Alice Springs. Felt secure and slept well.

What a joke

Dirty, cockroaches everywhere. Pool was not in use (net was in there and lot of dirt), BBQ area was super dirty. Pest control was literally busy when we were there. We didn't sleep here. We asked for cancellation at the reception and they said we have to ask booking.com for a refund. Now booking.com is asking the accomodation to accept the refund, but they are not responding anymore on calls or emails. The hotel is just ignoring us. Wat a joke this place.

I was surprised how quiet it was at night

Room could have been cleaned prior to arrival. It just had old dead bugs throughout. I did have a very comfy bed and enjoyed the bath as that is only reason I booked there..for a bath.

The money we pay is good so please better the rooms.

The air conditioning wasn't working well. Toilet was blocked, everytime we flush water comes up and then takes its time going down.

Room was comfortable, clean. Good location. In the center of town.
