The location was perfect, the room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Property was very clean and functional. We took the ferry taxi to Bark Bay hiked back to Marahau . Our Cabin was 5 mins from ferry/ taxi area and also right at the end of the trail. . So convenient and easy. Rose welcomed us with a big smile and was extremely helpful with recommendations.

It was very comfy with plenty of space. It was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet. Rose was very helpful

The location of the accommodation is great. Nice big terrace, it really is a cosy place to stay!!Kitchenette with microwave, small bathroom but good shower. Big comfortable bed.

Chalet and location are superb, only short walk to national park.It is my second time staying here and would recommend to anyoneRose could not be more friendly with advice etc

The owners were very friendly. They arranged for a water taxi for the next day upon check in. The water taxi was right next door, so it was easy to arrive for a 9 a.m. departure.

Greeted by a cute dog, Luna Sushi, at check in. Spacious and clean room. Great location - easy walk to dinner. Very quiet and relaxing. Looks recently updated.

Such a lovely place to stay in Marahau! The self-contained chalet was very private and had a nice view over the lawn from the covered deck. Good facilities, very comfortable and super clean. Rose was a great host, so friendly and helpful. She kindly allowed us to leave our car for a few days while we walked the Abel Tasman track. Just a short walk to the trailhead and right next to the water taxi office. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property, with a gorgeous decking area to enjoy dinner. Lovely comfortable bed, and the owner was so accommodating and friendly! Would recommend!

The hostess, Rose, was great - she organised a water taxi for us to get us to a cafe in the NP, very friendly and helpful. Restuarants within walking distance.

Cleanliness and privacy.

Would be much better inside the accommodation if there’s an airconditioning system especially during cold days. Faster way to heat up the room and could also help extract the excess moisture when you cook dinner. It was explained to us by the owner why there’s none at the moment, so it’s fine.

Our stay at the beautiful Abel Tasman Haven was wonderful! The cabin is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located. Rose is a remarkable host!
