Chelsea Park Motor Lodge Nelson

Staff were always very helpful. You can pay them for a breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Apartment style accommodation with kitchen, lounge area, and even two tvs. Spa bath in room if you can work it out. A few minutes walk from centre of town.

TVs initially did not work, but later fixed by staff.

Loved the staff I interacted with (i think Kerry was his name). very comfortable and loved the jacuzzi tub

didn’t like it was on a busy road but luckily my room was quiet

Very good location and close enough to the town to be able to walk. Facilities were good, tidy and clean.

Nothing to dislike.

Host was very welcoming on arrival! Comfy bed. Room had all teh facilities needed. Good location. Free parking. Will be returning for th enext work visit :)

Another very good stay at the Chelsea Park Motel. A warm and comfortable room and I was kindly offered a half an hour later check out which was very helpful.

Such a gem - wonderful hosts, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Easy access to restaurants and other sights around Nelson.

Very good property, beds are good, excellent proprietor

Spa bath you had to climb into to have a shower

A warm welcome, great suggestions and close to town.

Friendly owners, everything we needed supplied, impeccably clean

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which was very comfortable and had a little outside courtyard. Very handy to town. Use of the bikes was a real bonus.

Great location for walking to any place downtown. Nice coffee shop just steps away. The owners of Chelsea Motor Lodge are kind, generous, and thoughtful.

We loved our two night stay here. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. He suggested great places to eat and to visit. We were able to walk downtown from the hotel. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony as the weather was warm.

Very clean, well maintained, friendly ad helpful host.

The lodge was very well located really close to town Center. The room was large, linen extremely good quality, table was good for me to do some work as the wifi was strong. The toilet was large and clean. Ample car parking space. We liked everything there. The owner Deen is too good - friendly, helpful and above all a very good gentleman. Loved this place

Close to restaurants and centre of town. Most comfortable bed on our trip! Friendly helpful staff

Very comfortable motel close to Nelson city centre. Friendly and helpful hosts. Dean went above and beyond by dropping us down to the cycle journeys depot in the morning for the start of the great taste cycle trail. Loved the decor of the room and the forest and bird toiletries. Good off road parking and a lovely little private garden out the back of each room.

Handy to the city centre. Dean and Tomoko were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them.

This is my favourite motel in Nelson. Always friendly and welcoming. Super clean and within walking distance of the town centre.

Small hotel with hard working managers on site. Small kitchenette in our room was handy and room overall had lots of space.

Lower floor rooms have small outdoor sitting area, nice but could use some updating of furniture.

Good location and free parking. French Press coffee was available in the room. Super friendly and helpful owners.

No AC in our room so we needed to use the fan supplied.
