Super clean and comfortable with thoughtful amenities like plenty of milk in recyclable bottles (so much better than those tiny plastic pottles) and a little treat on arrival, and netflix (without needing to use your own account that we don't have)

Minor point.. 1 lilac coloured coffee pod did not fit the Breville machine properly, and so didn' t work (just fell straight through), but there was a different type provided the 2nd night that did fit.

The Palazzo people were so friendly and helpful, they explained Nelson’s highlights, and stored our gear when we went mountain biking for a few days. Rooms were comfortable and extremely clean.

Dynamite of a stay! The lovely owners have paid close attention to what guests need and want on their journey. Nothing was missed, including beach towels for those of us flying in. We loved our room and the location is an easy walk to downtown making walking to dinner and the movies easy!

Very well equipped. Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds ( we travel with our own pillows just in case - not needed). Charming super helpful owners who gave us great recommendations for places to eat, helped us with laundry and generally went beyond the call of duty. Superb

Stayed longer in the office, because our ferry was late and gave us valuable information for trips and restaurants. Everything was perfect and friendly!

Great location for walking around Nelson! Our room had a refrigerator, stove, everything we could ask for! The folks who worked at the front desk couldn’t have been kinder. Everything was perfect! Very clean. Loved our stay!!

We stayed in 104 studio unit, car park in front door, easy access ground level unit. The studio is exceptionally clean and smell fresh and nice. The refillable toiletries bottles are magnificent act of sustainable, eco-friendly. This is a place that I will stay again when I am in Nelson. Short walk to the town center and shorter walk to Maccas, even on main street, but it is not noisy at all, even in weekend nights.

I wish, this whole motel can be smoke free vape free in near future will be even better.

Easy to find. Walking distance of town.Good food choices available nearby. Staff friendly and helpful and facilities good.

Great location, close to everything. It’s only a short walk to the city centre and everything, and we really enjoyed the Saturday market—it was awesome!

Accommodation was spotless, cosy, fresh and attention to detail. Checkin process smoth and a wow factor when you opened your door from a makeup mirror to phone charger and even eat plugs to drown the noise of a snoring partner ?

Could have stayed longer

Such a nice welcome on arrival, close to town with some great food and drink tips on checkin. The room was great with every thing you could need and such comfy beds.

Owners were very welcoming. We had four mountain bikes that we stored in their lock up garage. They were more than happy to give us the garage remote so we could have access to these early in the morning.

The room was excellent with everything that we needed plus the hosts were excellent with information about bars , resturants & sight seeing very helpful & they also gave us maps with all the places to see in the surrounding districts very helpful for someone who is visiting & does not know the area

Would recommend the Motel, as it is fully renovated and very clean. Parking is free.

When you arrive, if you are walking into town, leave your car at the Motel as there is limited parking spaces, so you can keep you spot.
