Cedar Grove Motor Lodge

The location was spectacular! And the room was very spacious.

Excellent location. Very clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful!

Excellent location a short walk to the city centre, river, pub across the road. Extra large studio with separate bedroom, lounge, full kitchen and private outdoor garden space. Guest laundry facilities. Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

It was perfect

Cedar Grove is perfectly situated - only a couple mins walk from the centre of town, with some great places right next door including a supermarket. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The accommodation was immaculate and quite modern.

Comfortable room, clean with pretty much everything you need.Short walking distance to centre of town. Will happily visit again

Huge room and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and the dishwasher was a bonus. The staff were really friendly with easy check in and out. Bed was really big and comfy and the shower was excellent, would definitely stay again.

Nothing, all great.

Great location, friendly hosts, exceptionally clean, and comfortable bed.

The location was good and convenient, and the room was reasonably clean. Wi-Fi was okay and met basic needs.

The wardrobe opening was very narrow, which made it difficult to use. The customer service was disappointing. I requested an early check-in (about 30 minutes earlier) at the time of booking, but this was refused. I know this is within their policy, however a little flexibility or willingness to accommodate the guests would have been appreciated. Because the request wasn’t accommodated, I had to adjust my travel plans, which resulted in delays to my meetings.

Lovely clean well decorated large room with bathroom with spa bath. Just beside town centre and allocated parking. Helpful that it had a laundry and outside drying area a real bonus. Helpful staff

Nothing all great

Location, comfort and cleanliness.Comfortable bed and quality bedlinen and towels.

An observation.....tricky to get into the large spa bath to have a shower.Perhaps a grab handle would help.

Staff were lovely and the room was fabulous with an outside terrace as well as all expected amenities plus additional treats - sweets on the bed, mints on the lounge table and cookies with the drinks sachets. A comfortable bed and a super clean room. Great location right by the CBD.

Nice sized room good location

Fridge a little noisy in the night.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet. Convenient location close to shops and cafes/restaurants.

The hosts were lovely and the unit was large and was very well appointed. They accomodated our large car in a park with plenty of room around it to keep it safe.

Great location, good facilities, friendly owners

No issues

Fantastic location, cosy and clean. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Great that there was a bath. Staff very kindly rang to say I'd left something behind. Picked it up two days later.

Loved the room, bed was very comfy and balcony was a bonus

Lovely apartment- lots of room and clean. Amazing hot shower. Walking distance to centre of Nelson.

Very good. Friendly welcome. Early check in. Big rooms.
