Very clean and quiet place with friendly and helpful staff
Compact but comfortable and clean room in a good location. Pefect for 1 night stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat. Reception hours are longer than most motels, from 8 am to 8 pm.
The wifi connection was not very stable.
Staff was friendly & helpful.
The view was of the parking lot and the door was glass and the windows large, so could both see & hear cars in the parking lot.
clean
A lot of traffic noise as it was on a main road.Beds not the most comfortable.
Extremely unhappy
Untidy room.. Wet carpet.... Extremely cramped room
Toni and Stephen were lovely, nothing was a problem, they were very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.
The staff were friendly and fixed the TV promptly when it was not working
New TV needed some adjustments
Lovely managers that made me feel very welcome and seemed to genuinely care about their guests' experience. My room, and I think all the others, felt like it had been recently refreshed and renovated with great care, which really set the place apart from so many other old and tired-looking motels. Exceptional room service every day, a very comfy bed, and a good shower, plus free parking just outside. Great location near the beach with many dining opportunities close by and also close to the city and the airport. Despite being on a main road, my room was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
The only suggestion I can think of might be to have one of these foldable suitcase holders in each room, as there was no place for the suitcase except the floor.
Friendly staff. Great rooms. Bathroom area great
Quiet staff clean & tidy good location not far from Nelson airport either driving or walking to airport like I did this morning Owners are very helpful as I did a very late check in & Steve turned light on & door unlock they did up & beyond Awesome thank you ☺️
