Room was good size like tour own little unit

Right on very busy main road with lots of big trucks passing by.WIFI was insecure & didn't work properly so I was unable to use it.

Shops close by,nice view,motel was older but comfortable clean

All good.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable

The furniture was very dated, the room smelt like it needed a deep clean and the shower wasn't draining properly.

Convenient location close to tge airport

Carpet was heavily stained and sofa was very uncomfortable. Outdated furniture. On the main road. Coukd do with a refurbishment and a bit more love.

There was a horrible smell coming out of the heat pump and I asked for the sofa bed to be made up but I was going to be charged an extra $25 so I said don’t worry, that’s never happened before and I have stayed in a lot of motels. The price didn’t live up to what we had.

Whole room n bathroom needs good clean.There were no spare blankets in cupboard(cold on my first night, was given a duvet looked like it came straight off a bed.3 different types of insects running about bathroom floor n wall beside bed.Toilet on outside n back dirty. Milk in small plastic bottles with foil lids.(not environmentally friendly).Office door locked in morning so nobody there to assist when needed.Neighbours noisy with young children yelling n laughing till 11pm.

Really nice and close to the beach, and did have convenient buses to get into the city too! Friendly manaager who provided us anything further we asked for.

I didn't realise I'd booked a room without a spa bath.

Old carpets, possibly had flea. Minimum toiletries provided.

The property was clean and comfortable accommodation. Good location if you’d like to be out near Tahuna Beach

Rather tired decor and not a particularly well-equipped kitchen.

Very good value, comfortable room, not a bad location. Liked the fact we were on the first floor.

Outlook onto roadway wasn't great but we weren't disturbed by the roadway overnight and the price point reflects that.

Arrived 9:30pm. Left 11pm and...

Bugs running around, 3 different types in kitchen, bathroom n toilet/shower.The toilet needs a proper clean at the back.Fan is very noisey n old.Neighbours from neighbouring property were noisy till 11pm with young children screaming about (not on motel property) close by.Not enough blankets.Had to wash carpet by bed as sticky n smelt.Vacuuming not well done, bathroom sink old n spotty.Milk in small plastic containers with foil lids not glass bottle for helping the environment.

Love the staff and the rooms, absolutely spacious and tidy. Great views from the balcony

This is personal preference pillows & bed slightly uncomfortable but next guest could be just right

The motel was ideally situated for our stay

Was very cold and bed coverings were very light.

Location close to town.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room smelt musty, don't think it had been used for a while. 'Appears' to be housing WINZ families. Traffic all through the night, boy racers & motorbikes at first, then trucks.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Our children left some toys behind but no issue for staff, they held on to it until we arranged a pick up.

Location is fairly convenient to Nelson center - maybe 10 mins drive.Facilities are as would be expected.

Minor - TV isn't adjustable for orientation, so faces the couch, not the bed. I didn't wat h for that reason altgoygh Netflix is available.

Woke to ants on our bench. Office hours were 9am - 8pm but wasn’t open when I went down to tell them about the ant problem. Rang bell but no one answered. I heard this was also used as emergency housing which I don’t believe should be on booking.com otherwise guests should be informed about it at the start before booking. One of their guests who said she had been there a couple of days as emergency housing was very strange and saying weird things. Definitely not somewhere I’d stay again. Don’t believe it was worth the price I paid.
