Lovely clean and welcoming environment, from the kitchen and dining area to the lounge. Guests were lovely, mostly young foreign travelers.

This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. Staff are over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and store food. Lots of info and help on local tourism. Facilities and beds clean. Location in central Nelson means walking distance to everything.

There was nothing we didn’t like. This is a hostel so facilities are appropriate for this kind of stay.

The dorm room is spacious. There is a single bed beside the bunk beds. Kitchen is big snd a patio to eat meals. Rent rental. Lots of toilets and showers l. The whole place is modern and quite clean. Location is good.

No plugs or lights by the bed. Sauns not hot enough.

Air conditioning needs to be switched on every 30 mins

Location is convenient, value for money stay

The timer on the air conditioner. We had to get up every 30 mins to switch them on and few trucks, vehicles passing the venue, that was too close to the main road. We find it too noisy

Staff were helpful, friendly, good location near the town, five minutes away from the bus station

1.Execllant Staff fast efficant firendly.2.Clean Spatious communal areas.3.Clean bathrooms 2 showers & 1 Toilet in the mens and 3 sinks with mirrors for shaving and teeth brushing.4. My son an i shared a room with 2 single beds which was fantastic for us and spare space for our bags chilli bins and shoes which was soo good.

The 2 Windows in the bathroom shower i couldnt close so on the cold nights twas a lil chilly with the sothern breeze flowing in.Shower mixers were tricky to operate no visual display of hot or cold water an the mixer went right round like a non stop handle but we got it fine tuned to the appt temperture after a little playing with it.

Fantastic facilities. Two kitchens, plenty of lounge space including an outdoor area. Books, games and a nice vibe. Lockers to store gear for up to 7 days for $2, laundry and close to Hardy street where you can get great food and a 5 minute walk to two big supermarkets if that's more your style.The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I will stay here again!

The room I was in got a bit hot in the summer time without the aircon on but, just switch the air con on.

The hostel was a small walk to the middle of Nelson. Great ideas on the notice boards. Very quiet location.

Our room was adjacent to the laundry and it had thin walls.

The employees very nice, the room was confortable, the hostel was quiet during the night.

The room was bit expensive for a room without bathroom.

The accommodation seemed very functional, not cozy.Guy working there was very strict about rules, gave the place a weird vibe

It was above our expectations! It is very attractive, scrupulously clean. Staff is friendly, & helpful. Queen Bed v comfortable. Awesome for situation!! Parking is pd at a 3 min walk away but free frm5 pm- 8am, thereafter 2.00p hr in meter. Facility is modern, lovely decor with colors & plants. Highly recommend!

A middle-aged white waiter chased away customers at lunchtime! Garbage!

Comfortable and clean

Rude staff and stingy (only 1 gb of wifi a day). Most hostels let you use their shared spaces after check out if you need to make time until you leave, these guys kick you out

Very nice atmosphere, great outdoor area, very clean and well maintained

Centrally located, got everything we need. The owners are very accomodating and helpful with our needs.
