Delorenzo Studio Apartments

Staff was amazing. Studio well equipped. Location excellent

Needed to be a bowl in the kitchen to make salads etc.

Nice, clean room with o/s pool and everything you need to work. It was a work trip. Good posi.

Fix those bloody o/s air con units. The rattling noise through the night was hideous. Also my neighbor snored like a lumber jack. Thin partition doors.

Washing machine, dishwasher bathrobes

The shower and bath did not work. We had to use the spa jets to shower. Did not find out until reception closed.

Great room very clean and had everything you needed. Great location close to town but quiet.

Great location, free parking, room a nice size and comfortable

One of the shower heads not working. Not a big deal

Location, modern, clean, everything we needed, value, helpful staff

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed from washing machine and dryer to a kitchenette. Also it is quiet and close to town too.

Fantastic location, staff and amenities

Lovely spacious rooms. Loved the fact that the room has a washing machine and dryer.

It was too cold to enjoy a swim in your lovely pool ;-)

I liked the interior decor, it had everything I needed, the proximity was perfect and staff sent me very clear instructions

I found the bed just a bit too firm

Location - clean room, brand new bathroom

It was clean and it had everything we needed for our short stay

The shower doors were weird to work out, but no real issues with anything at all

The room is very spacious. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed . Great spa and shower. Always enjoy staying here

Nothing at all . Can't find any thing to complain about

The property is good and room is comfortable.

There is one thing I really do not happy with it. The policy was showing when you use American Express and credit card will be charged. But I’m using debit card and from NZ, but they still charge me, I was also doing receptionist job before in Auckland , I have never meet this situation, and we should charge customers when they checked in. Even I explained and showed my card at reception, but They insisted they were not wrong. I’m not sure about other customers, as I saw the rate was 9.2 . If my booking be charged is right that means every one if you booked here will be charged for 2% cards fee doesn’t matter what type of card you are using.

Great location, spacious room, very clean, well appointed

Most early in the morning

Location was superb but the room felt luxurious. High quality finish. Loved the shower and bath.

Nothing. Everything Was fantastic

Room was lovely, staff were nice, restaurant across the road was great, location was also very good!

Would have preferred to be on ground floor
