The location was great if your walking.

The people in the next room kept knocking and trying to open the adjoining door. It made me uncomfortable.There were also weird plastic things under the sheets of the bed. Which lower the comfort of the bed when you rolled on them.

Comfortable bed and a cozy room. The shower was good. Very handy location to central Nelson and bus hub.

TV was not working well, and it kept buffering all the time.

Good location, central to town centre

The unit we stayed in was a bit tired and did not smell fresh. A very old kitchen. Bathroom partially renovated with new vanity but old shower stall. Towels did not smell particularly fresh, smelt like they hadn’t been washed at all high enough temperature. Unit could have done with a good clean. The carport was very narrow, our RAV4 could just fit but could not open the doors.

The property is located in quiet part of town, just over the bridge, It was an easy 10 minute walk to the bus stop.The room was spacious and comfortable. Appliances and kitchen items were cleverly stored in compartments in the wall. Ground coffee for the plunger was provided - greatly appreciated.A lovely place to stay.

The shower was set too low.

Prime location! close to main streets, Super Spacious rooms - even fridge and shower/bath room are spacious! 4 of us stayed in the room but it feels like it is big enough for even 6-8 people.Hotel has laundry/dryer facility (coin operation) which was good, too. Room was quite when door/windows shut.

No Air conditioner - It has a small fan but was not enough to cover 4 people. The fan's cable was too short, there was no way to use it from the bedroom. However, the room has few heaters - on the walls and 1 portable one which may makes good for the winter stay. My family has stayed in February - if it was either in December or January (Summer in Southern Hemisphere), I guess it would be bit more difficult to stay.

Very well-located reasonably priced motel. The receptionst was very friendly :). The bed and pillows were comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked with crockery/cutlery etc.

As a solo female traveller, the door locking system did not seem especially secure (old school push lock in the centre of the door knob) and the walls were pretty thin (could hear talking in the next door room, doors opening/closing and people using the outdoor stairwell next door).

Good location edge of town. Clean quiet accommodation lovely owners and staff.

TV dropped out a lot of poor WiFi

Clean accommodation and good parking, large suite although the decoration is a little tired. TV kept loosing signal and did report this. Easy walk into Nelson centre.

As already stated decoration was a little tired and old looking.

Location to town was great. Absolutely loved the cafe Little Dove located just a short walk from the motel.

Motel decor was dated and in need of a refresh. Our room was located near the main road and unfortunately we could hear the traffic.

Convenient central city location with parking.

The bathroom was a little old fashioned.

Great location for walking around the city center. A spacious room upstairs with all essential facilities provided.The staff were helpful and considerate, allowing for an early check-in.

The Wi-Fi for the TV was constantly buffering.

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including space. Location was fantastic as we could walk most places, and the staff lent us bikes for the further away explorations.The real highlight were the staff. They were welcoming, cheerful, polite and very helpful. They made our holiday exceptional. Thank you

Location, nice room. Liked it overall

Tv not work even after 2 x asking staff. Plus the door to hall way which meant could be a unit with kitchen. We had basic. Even though locked people kept trying to open it.. need to put a sign private room. Bathroom wish had light without fan. So in night doesn’t make a noise.

Very spacious although 2 people had to sleep in the lounge, but it wasn't a problem. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Very clean. The staff were extremely helpful as we requested an early check in. Great location for walks and not too far away from town.

Nice quiet area close yet a short walk to the citycentre. Very friendly staff. Well-proportioned room with an excellent bed, good lighting, really liked the small sorta kitchenette.

Bathroom could do with a good clean.

Dated internal fixtures. Outdoor chairs and table with ashtrays for adjoining unit was right outside our windows which was very frustrating.

Lovely motel, good central location just a short walk along river to town centre. Everything you need in the room, good water pressure in shower. Very helpful staff.
