Tony and Ru were very accommodating of our arrival time from the Picton ferry terminal as we were going to arrive after checkin closed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom and kitchenette had been recently upgraded. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Great easy location to get into and out of.

We went in summer which is peak time, so the car park was quite full and spots a bit tight with all the SUVs (but everyone very courteous) just be careful!

It was clean and comfortable. Owners went out of there way to ensure you felt welcome and were comfortable during your stay

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners are awful, offensive people. The man asked me a very perverted and disgusting question and then his wife backed him up. I cant imagine how many other guests he has accosted. I literally have never met such awful people in my entire life. Most children have better manners. I hope they learn to treat people with respect but at their big, old age... I highly doubt they will.

Tony was a great communicator. Very clean & tidy and in great location.

A good comfortable night's rest. Straight across the road from fast food outlets. Short walk up to the beach. Just off the main road. Onsite swimming pool.

The 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect base for our 6 nights stay. Spacious, clean and convenient with a car park and a pool. Comfy beds, we slept like babies!

Bed was very comfortable.

No heat pump or air-conditioning in unit. It was a very warm night and we could not adequately ventilate the unit. Despite the bed being very comfortable, the heat meant I had great difficulty sleeping.

Tony was exceptional. Amazing service and so helpful. We booked a room at the apex and one at the sands, Tony manages both. Would recommend both

There was no heat pump/aircon in our room, so it was a bit warm.
