first room had spots of black mold on ceiling of bathroom. Shower head sprays water everywhere. Carpet in rooms is a bit old and smelly. $15/day parking on grounds is also discouraging because the fees for the rooms are overpriced as is.

Position, room, staff, breakfast

Handy to the Octagon where restarants were situated..Buffet breakfast ok ,could do with a little more variety.

Paid parking was horrendous, Hotel situated on a fairly steep hill.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

The parking allocation. Not enough vehicle spots for your number of rooms. Linen (towels) were very ordinary. Small and thin Shower over bath tub is hard for older guests.

Best queen-size beds in a while. Big room, nice view. Good breakfast.

Parking was a bit hit and miss. We made sure to be up and away early to avoid parking charge on street beside hotel.

Some of the items in the room could have been easily fixed but we're left giving it a "shoddy " feel i.e Curtain falling off rail as not attached to hooks, bath towel hook broken, shower gel pump broken, only one screw in toilet seat so keeps sliding off to the side

Big room with comfy bed with a great view and was great the door opened out to a deck. Great location too.

Noisy. My neighbors were very loud the first night.The shower (sprayed everywhere but down!)The towel holder in the shower was broken, and the bath/shower area was old/run down.The rooms are a little tired/could use an updateMy ranch slider got stuck and I couldn't open/close it.The pillows were lumpyI had no shower soap/gel and had to wash with shampoo.

All the staff were nice. Breakfast is provided with lots of food choices. Location is very good as well.

Parking. Even if we paid for 3 nights for parking ($25/night), we needed to park on the street on the second night as carpark was full.

Close to town. Beds where comfy

Could literally hear the guest next door fart!! Haha!! Thankfully had my ear plugs with me. Very dated, bed etc was clean but the decor made the room feel dirty. Strong smell of Asian/Indian food throughout. Fans in bathrooms soooooo loud and could hear both neighbours bathroom fans/toilet flush etc. staff were friendly and gave me a charging plug as I left mine at home.

Beds, very comfortable, very warm room

Guest above us talked and laughed till about 4am which echoed into our room
