Friendly staff, helped me store my luggage and clean room, wasn't staying for too long but it fit what I needed.

It was a busy weekend in the Dunedin, and things were a little pricey.

I was taking my daughter to Otago Uni so the location was perfect, really close to the uni and downtown shops. I booked during a very busy period and price was reasonable considering this. It is cleaner/nicer than some other places on George St and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Noisy plumbing? shower from next door woke me early.. No hooks to hang anything..

Easy walking distance to the Uni and city centre. Spotlessly clean.

I really loved the room—it was clean and spacious and exceeded my expectations. It’s close to tourist spots, supermarkets, and Asian stores. Definitely worth the money.

The location, we needed to be close to the Dunedin hospital. As for options for an evening meal were concerned there are quite a few varied selections in close proximity.The unit was somewhat sound proof, the motel is surrounded by busy streets but we heard very little in the unit.Wifey especially liked the shower.

Nothing really, this was the first time we have used this motel and we are both keen to use it again. I need to attend three appointments per week at the Dunedin Hospital, hence no doubt the opportunity to use your facilities we present itself again.

Very well located to university and city centre. Good size rooms. Nice cozy and quiet.

Great Location.Very helpful staff with pointing out facilities and local attractions.

Cooking was a challenge. No kitchen range hood. Consequently, steam, smoke and smells filled the apartment whenever we cooked. Selection of cooking utensils was very limited.Cramped for our party of 5 (this is not a fault of the location).

Staff were fantastic

The lighting in the bedroom was terrible, couldn’t see what was in or bags or navigate around the bedroom once dark

Could walk to town. Nice having separate bedroom and everything was very clean.

Nothing stayed many times

Close to the city about 10 minute walk. The place is very clean from their plates, cutleries, toilet and bathroom plus the bed. and is very comfortable to stay.

Only thing is we were just there for 1 night. The tv in the other room can''t received channels. Otherwise, the place is perfect.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was warm and quiet and very clean. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

Near Caroline Bay where we could walk to see the Little Blue Penguins come ashore at sunset.

On a main road so a bit noisy.
