Pros +
- Room was great size, great location, super clean, great bathroom, staff super friendly highly recommend, great value will definitely go back
- Staff were very helpful, very close to beautiful beach
- Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen . Good location.
Cons -
- 15 min drive to central Dunedin.
- Nothing we liked it all
- This was the most we paid for a motel on our recent road trip, and it was not worth it. The bed was much too soft for us and there was a lot of ‘boy racer’ road noise. Everything in the room was very basic; the towels were thin and there were no herbal teas provided. We had expected more for our money.

The staff was very nice, the room very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised about all the amenities in the kitchen. Walking distance to beaches, stores and shopping.
Very clean. Very comfy beds. Had everything we need. Close to the beach.
The proximity to the beach and St Clair’s restaurant. How clean and spacious it was. Great value for money.
Comfortable, light, and quiet at night.

Location is excellent ,close to good cafe precinct and beach outlook. Management were very helpful at checkin and took time to explain features and facilities of the area.
