Great staff, Clean tidy and cosy room.

The fittings in the bathroom were really dated. Not enough pillows on the bed. The TV didn't tilt down enough form comfortable bed viewing.

The outside of my room had a mattress leaning up agaist the window and the rubbish right outside.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the spa was a great way to enjoy our last days of our trip.

Big room, staff were really friendly and helpful

Wifi issues with the TV at first (staff fixed these though) but then also wifi issues trying to use my computer later in the evening. Was too late to get staff to fix.

Great shower! Warm and we were well looked after.

The pillows were either ridiculously large and solid, or small and flimsy. The bottom sheets were some sticky weird material. Finding a Parking space was challenging if you got back a bit late,

The location is good and easily accessible to restaurants. The staff is helpful in providing spare umbrella when it was raining. The unit is spacious than what we had expected.

The room is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Location was perfect for us and close to a 24 hour shop with cold & hot food

Pots and pans in cupboards still had left over food on it before we used it

motel was completely surrounded by scaffolding, so parking was very tight. Also, bathroom was very close to staircase, which might be dangerous in the dark

Central location

Scaffolding all around the place, had to clambour around poles to get to room. Wasn’t terribly clean, skirting boards were very dirty, as were some of the dishes in the drawers.

Room was dirty, toilet was broken, bath was dirty, door didn’t lock properly.

It was close to everything and the beds were comfortable. Room was warm

The parking was a bit tight, bathroom fan didn’t work so the bathroom became very wet. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. Skertings were dusty and sticky. Roller blind in the kitchen had sticky dust, Behind the beds looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The bathroom you could see was mouldy and had been painted over (fan really needs fixing) the toilet had an odd smell.

Not great!

They never told us about the renovations. Full scaffolding builders there 7am every morning There was mold and water leaks in the roof. We had no hot water when we got there I had to wash the dishes before using. The fuse keep blowing

Warm and comfortable.

They are doing work on the building, so lots of scaffolding around - making parking a bit of a pain. First room we got was smaller than advertised and no cooking facilities, but we were moved to a room with cooking facilities and more like advertised when we asked.
