Pros +
- Bed was comfortable, Room was very clean, there were plenty of amenities and you had sky sport
- The location is so convenient for dining, coffee and shopping. The staff are super helpful and friendly.
- Convenient, clean, comfortable
Cons -
- The bed sagged badly and affected my nights sleep
- There is a cocktail bar next door and on the night I stayed, patrons were making a lot of noise up until 3am. This is not anything Euro 315 can deal with but George the manager did offer to talk to the bar owner to tell the idiots to tone it down. If you like your sleep, then this place is probably not the one for you. If you're a gen Alpha and like drinking like a clown until all hours, then this is the place and location for you.

Everything
Centrally located, comfortable bed, free parking in the yard and super nice staff.
Just off the Main Street and in the middle of Dunedin. Real nice to just park the car, and just walk to do the Christmas shopping. Very clean and modern room.
I love it is in the middle of all the restaurants. We were able to walk to all the sights and enjoyed all the good food. We book the premier executive room and it came with washer/dryer inside the unit and it is so helpful for a stay with the family. The staff also put in 2 single beds in the living room so all 4 of us have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was nice and modern. We didn't cook (cuz of all the amazing restaurants nearby) but I'd imagine you can whip up nice meals in the kitchen. Love our stay and wish we could stay longer.
George the manager was great and very helpful.

location is perfect, close to everything

The location/proximity to the local hospital and some restaurants nearby.
The promotional picture on their website is somewhat deceiving. Their building CANNOT be seen from the main road. There is a small driveway/walkway to the rear parking, where the building is located. Halfway through that driveway, there is their reception. The room was on the second floor without a lift. When I arrived in the room, it was very cold. The only means of heating was a small wall panel in the sitting/lounge area. Nothing in the bedroom. I ended up leaving that panel on overnight to get the room warm enough to sleep. The manager has insisted that there was no issue with the heating.
Highly recommend to those needing to stay close to the hospital. The staff allowed us to park early in the morning ahead of my c-sextion and were very accommodating of our unexpected check in time. Made a very worrisome day for us much easier!
Best location for my purpose, Room is ok and very clean. will stay again
all good
A 10 minute walk from the main Bus Stop. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores along the way. *The entrance is in an alley off the main street*. A nice well setup studio.
An older building with thin walls and squeaky floors. Windows faced an alley with bright lights all night.
Large room, warm and comfortable
Too warm at times, not a big deal though
Great rooms and bedding in a quiet space in the heart of town. Parks are available, although a little tight and it can be a struggle to get into and out of George street, but that's the price you pay for being so central. If you're happy to spend most of your time walking, or visiting the hospital, then this is a perfect option.
You'll struggle to get in and out of George Street as it's very busy at most times of the day and the parks in the hotel are cramped. This is the trade off for the properties centrality.
Close to city centre
The outlook was into a CBD car park and the back entrances of neighbouring businesses.
Friendly, clean and has everything you'd want and a great location.
The bed was a little soft for me but others would love it.
Outstanding rooms with everything you need, comfy beds, nice balcony’s, stayed in three different rooms so far, good parking, really good location for walking into town, real friendly staff too, highly recommend this place, best place I’ve stayed in Dunedin by far.
Nothing it’s a great place
