Front door did not have a curtain to block out the light of the passage which means the room was lit all night

The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was also very large and easy to enter and exit-good shower head. That’s pretty much all you want for a one night stay.

Ripped curtain and hideously stained carpet were the first impressions on entering the room-not great. More like a hotel room, with no sink for doing dishes etc. Many studio units in Dunedin do have that and charge less. Getting out of the motel on to the road was really difficult and a bit dangerous with speeding drivers ripping thru the roundabout on Andy Bay Rd.

Very close to main road and over weekend a lot of loud cars.

Free Tesla charger. Location near State Highway 1, beaches and cafes.

Very tidy and clean. Check-in was very organised and well prepared in advance. One of the better motels we have stayed in. Facilities exceeded our expectations.

The location, unfortunately. It's very noisy on the corner of a very busy street and roundabout. The shower door didn't close very well.

Very clean room, and comfy bed. Everything worked in this very spacious motel room. Good value for money. There was plenty of parking and I felt very safe there.

Looked quite run down from the outside and right on a roundabout, but once inside the room it was lovely and quiet

This unit is falsely advertised as a one bedroom apartment. It is not.There is one bedroom, but the entire lounge area is taken up by a large king size bed. Initially there was one easy chair and dining chairs, however we requested another easy chair, which was provided by staff.To accommodate the second chair required pushing the king sized bed against the wall, meaning the wall heater could not be used.There was very little room to use the dining table, necessitating moving it to the side of the room.

The room was clean and well equipped.

Bed was quite hard and could tell it was older. Not very comfy. The pillows were very lumpy also. Wouldn't put me off staying for 1 night for work, but wouldn't book for a personal holiday.

It was a basic clean motel that met our needs. The self check-in was easy too.

Fully kitted out kitchen, sheets and towels were clean. Comfortable super king bed. Unit was clean. Location was good. Room was quiet even though motel was located on busy road. Enjoyed the view from the first floor

Carpet was clean but there were some stains on it. The colourful throw on the bed had a stain on it too. But everything else was clean.

The studio unit and ensuite was a lovely place to be, well maintained with restful furnishings and was quiet at night, even though it is situated on a main road. The bed was very comfortable and it had fresh linens. It is about a 5 minute drive to St Clair beach and eateries however very close by was a sushi outlet, supermarket and garage. Convenient location. Jason was a helpful communicator via phone and text. Thank you Jason for having the light on to welcome us when we arrived late in the evening.

Everything was great. Thank you! Just one suggestion is to maintain tidy and fresh gardens.

Wonderfully clean and modern. We liked that the heater had been turned on before our arrival, as the day was very wet and cold. The manager was lovely, and asked if putting us in the disabled unit was ok, and he said he could shift us if we didn't like it (we did like it so stayed). We were very happily surprised that the unit was virtually sound-proof, and we didn't hear any noise from the busy road and round-about.

The bed, unfortunately, was extremely hard, and neither of us had good sleeps. On the plus side, it was a super-king size, so very roomy. The light didn't work in the bathroom, so the only light source was from the heat lamps. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

My checkin was just after midnight, the room was lit up and very welcoming late at night. Perfect parking arranged right outside the room.
