The beds are very firm. Showers could do with a deep scrub

Parking a little tight.There’s some musky smell in the room.

Location for us was fine, eateries just down the street as well as a New World. Easy to get to and from Event Centre for Masters Games. Great pressure in shower.

We are moderately light sleepers so having Room 1 close to the road woke us up at night. While we found the room layout fine, in a couple of areas a light touch-up with paint wouldn't go amiss e.g. bathroom.

The accomodation was very nice. One note is that sleeping area was up a somewhat steep set of stairs. Also we were there when the temperatures were not too hot. If the temperatures are higher than 25º - 30º C, it would be very difficult to get the sleeping area temperature cool enough to be manageable.

Essentially no way to cool sleeping area if temperatures are high.

Pictures didn't match reality. Zero cleanliness. Room had a bad smell. Door lock was hard to use. Paint chipping. Not sure what the flooring in bathroom was but it was grosss.

Amazing value for money, beds and linen were high end hotel standards. Very friendly staff and clean facilities

The rooms were very clean and well equipped with good amenities, the rooms were nice and warm when we turned up, as it was wet and cold outside. The owners were very helpful and polite.

Its close to a busy road so it was a bit noisy.

Only downside is the parking is quite tight but this seems to be the case everywhere I’ve stayed in Dunedin

Conveniently located about an 8 min drive from downtown. Comfortable loft style apt that gives one the ability to prepare simple meals (microwave only, no stovetop). We found the bed very comfortable, the shower strong and hot and it was very clean. Housekeeping comes in daily .

Would have liked a stovetop in the kitchen area.

No cutomer service and the housekeeping was shouting in morning outside rooms. Kids got disturbed

It was alot smaller than I thought it was going to be especially with a family of 4. And the upstairs wasnt the same as pictured in photos. The car parking is super small,

The rooms were clean and layout quite functional, location very good for access to Dunedin and surrounds, v good off street parking especially for Dunedin.

Split level unit was great. Warm and shower was good. Kitchen a bit sparse but functional. Some milk would have been good because the closest supermarket isn't that close and it's nice to be able to make a drink if you've just had a long trip to get there. Mattress not fantastic but okay for a couple of nights.

Parking spots are tight - a ute can be a challenge to manoeuvre.

Super peaceful place to stay, no outside noise even with windows open. The room I booked was actually unavailable so I was upgraded. The manager walked me to my room and showed me where everything was and made sure I was good before they left me.

Needed a few more kitchen knifes. Also needs a scourer for cleaning the pans

We stayed in a fantastic unit with the bedroom on a higher (mezzanine ) level. Very clean and well equipped. Peaceful with garden view from main room. Access to laundry facilities.
