Pool area was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is what really makes this place worth it.

Toilet clogged on first day, asked to fix it and nothing was done until we complained again. When it seemed to be fixed it wasn’t and the toilet ended up over flowing. Thank god it was on the day we were leaving.

The size of the room was good.

The stairs weren't so safe, my partner got sick and I requested a late check out so he could rest a bit more before we have to go to the airport and that was denied so we had to sit in the reception for 4 hours, the food was overpriced and not so tasty could be better the cleaning of the room specially the bathroom wasn't the best and a bad smell came of it during entire stay, some staff was really nice but some was a bit off.

Pleasant facility but horrible service.

Dinner service was said (and written) to be available up to 21:30. However, the phone wasn't working so we could order, and when we finally managed to speak to the restaurant (on a terribly low volume) the person said we had to order before 21:10 (???), so now we were famished and had to find some other way to eat. Despicable treatment and information throughout the hotel staff and booklets.

The staff was amazing, the facilities were kept up very well and I felt very safe and comfortable

Little things come to mind like, it looks like the rooms need a remodel and the safe didn't work . If those were done it would be a 10 out of 10

There was a constant noise during the night coming from outside, I think it's from all the AC units on the rooms balconies. It was all night every night.

There was no water on the fridge and no control for the TV. We contacted the front desk twice and they never gave us the control. No ar conditioning on the front desk and main entrance and it was 90 degrees F.

It is a big hotel, kind of low cost resort. Good for people traveling with families, kids. Not good for single travelers

Rooms have a strange smell. Poor breakfast.

The outside of the hotel was well kept.

Inside of hotel is very dated. Needed several repairs. Not very clean. Reception manager was rude.

It’s in front of the beach and close to Axé Moi leisure complex. And breakfast was good.

The rooms! Our rooms were so dirty, it had mold everywhere, broken doorknob, it was terrible! We regretted the moment we stepped in the rooms!

I liked the room. The restaurant's staff was very nice. There are some bars, restaurants and stores near to the hotel.

The staff from reception was not nice and not helpful. The chairs and tables in the pool area were dirty every morning - no cleaning after somebody used it. A lot of kids... Also, this hotel offers a nice and calm stay to relax but there is a laud music every day from

It’s hard to know.

Almost everything. This property is located very close to the beach clubs, so be prepared to face high traffic and dirty in the street. The breakfast is very limited in options, and the dinner is not up to the price. Last but not least, the room is old so be ready to see mold in the ceiling and tons of dirty in the air conditioning. Also, almost nobody wear mask in Porto Seguro and, when they do, it’s not the right way (not covering nose and mouth).

Everything great. Didn’t explore much the location, rather stayed more in the resort which was great. Amazing staff, pool, tennis court, games and breakfast - great experience.

We liked most the breakfast and location. The hotel is very comfortable and also our room.

In general we have nothing we didn't like. Our stay was really good.
