ASURE Surrey Court Motel Invercargill

Great service, well equipped with everything we needed. Warm and cosy and very clean

Clean comfortable motel. Friendly staff

Memorable for maybe the wrong teasons

On arrival, rubbish was on the rubbish bin (tuna can). Nothing was done the next morning. We needed to buy toilet paper and sugar as no-one was in the office (7pm Friday night). Fortunately we had hung out towels up so we could use Sat morning. Sat morning service did happen

The one bedroom unit was newly furnished and had everything we needed during the stay. It had cutlery, crockery, pans, microwave, oven and hot plates

Eveything was perfect

Reasonable price. Fairly spacious.

Very dated. On busy featureless main road, but then most of Invercargill is like that!

Great unit for our 2 night stay in Invercargill. Was great having the 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and lounge.

The room was spacious with big lounge area :). but the kitchen quite small (compare with 3 of us try to cook at the same time). They have everything we need. Staff at reception is helpful, she gave us a map and advise us on the things to see and do. comfy bed and linen. Very recommended:)

Well appointed. Very comfortable. Lovely welcoming staff.

Bones of the building are dated but everything has been updated as much as possible.

Great little room, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff at check-in

Lady on reception was very friendly, room was extremely spacious. My dog and I had a great stay here, great location as well

Quiet, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Clean

Front door lock was difficult to open.Hot tap in bathroom basin probably needed replacing. Not enough electric power points

Unit very clean, warm and contained all you could want. Shower good. Linen was clean, blankets warm, and a very welcome working electric blanket. Appreciated the owner turning the heat pump on ahead of our arrival! Nice and quiet at night.

Bed mattress wasn't very supportive, might be worth checking how old it is. But it was clean and well dressed.

The owners were friendly and was allowed to take our dog, at extra cost.

Our sleepless night due to something like a piston water pump going off and on during the night. We had an awkward car park that had to be backed into if there was room otherwise had to knock on neighbours door to get them to move their car. Felt like because we had our dog, we got the dogbox!

Quiet. It's on the main highway but we never heard traffic at all. Comfortable bed. We had advised we would be late arriving and got held up in traffic for an extra half hour. This was no problem to management for which we are grateful. The units are older but fresh and clean with modern decor. Great shower.

The room was great, the ac unit kept it cozy warm! The owners were lovely. And upon entering, the unit SMELT clean, (and of course looked immaculate) but I havent come across many that I genuinely felt was cleaned thoroughly, will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that could be better is the shower pressure! It didn't bother me too much but I know it would bother most. So hopefully some new plumbing is in the pipeline! Otherwise the stay was excellent, thank you! ?

A very comfortable room. Close to town.

Needed fresh towels daily. Water in the shower doesn't drain properly.

I liked the atmosphere, the clean and well presented suite and also the owners chill and inviting demeanor. Especially after the long trip from Wellington, the beds were excellent and we managed to actually sleep well and fully recharge, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy, great location, and we could have our dog.

Nice clean rooms, everything is good working order.Nice comfy bed.Easy access

Leaving

The heat pump was great. Sky Sport meant we could watch the All Blacks in France. Good beds. Nice sofa. Generously sized dining table. Clean and generally well maintained. Overall, the unit was comfortable for our 4 night stay.

The weather!
