As usual , staff very friendly and helpful

Everything was great except the light outside the bedroom window kept turning on and off all night

It was ok, definitely cold. Probably wouldn’t stay in that same apartment again.

Main bed was too hard. The apartment we had was too cold you could feel the freezing cold come through the windows. The apartment we had was old compared to all the other apartments we’ve had in the past.

Easy check in, very nice owner/manager. Parking right outside door, very large open living/dining/kitchen. Although not there long (just overnight, passing through), would have been a nice property for a longer stay. Had everything needed.

Spacious and clean room with everything you need. The bathroom was superb with the best shower I've experienced in a motel. Location is very convenient to the centre of town and beautiful Queens Gardens.

The high dining table with stools was not ideal - the stools were quite saggy. A minor point.

Great location, amazing people. Spacious and lovely accommodation. Really clean and everything you could need full kitchen facilities separate bathroom and toilet. Layout was like a one bedroom flat, very warm and cozy. Used laundry while there and was great.

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met at a motel! The rooms have been recently renovated. The beds were good, it's also on a quiet street yet quite close to the city centre. It's fantastic! I highly recommend staying here :)

This motel unit is large with a full kitchen and comfy king bed. It is very well located in a very pleasant area.

We were advised that the unit we were in is to be updated soon and it needs it. The decor is tired generally and the bathroom is to a 1970s design.
