Location, spacious and clean

We did not pay for breakfast. The location was central to our event. It was quiet and friendly.

Facilities were dated but adequate. We were quite comfortable and warm.

The door catch on the bathroom did not work. The toilet door had excess paint on the edge, so did not shut.

Was a nice size and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Had to use heaters. No central heat. The smoke detectors were removed.

Great location and plenty of room for the family and the dog. Easy access to queens park.

The bathroom door handle jammed so struggled to get out of the bathroom when the door was closed

The location was good by the park. We are sorry the park has been damaged by the storm.We walked along the edge of it

The hotwater was not working in the upstairs rooms so those two people from our team had cold showers.

Great location, Very comfortable beds and an amazing shower! Check in & out ware easy and the place has a very comfortable vibe. Loved it!

Everything you need for a larger group needing a little privacy. Two separate bedrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, adequate kitchen facilities, and the important things... a shower with good pressure and temperature control, and comfortable beds.

The only minor downside is that it is not walkable to any shops.

Heater in the room was non-functioning but was replaced with a new heater by the staff; new one worked great

Supplied clean towels every day. Supplied flannels. Was very warm and Cosy. Very quiet

Had a comfortable night, good bed and pillows. Plenty of space in the room. Friendly welcome. Easy parking. Very quiet area.

Carpet in the bathroom looking a bit tired (and I'm not a great fan of carpets in bathroom anyway).

The motel is dated , an expensive compared to other accommodation in Invercargill

Very old and outdated. It was expensive for what we had, room was small, had to squeeze past the couch to get inside the Door, , beds were roll together uncomfortable. Won't stay there again.

Great room for 3 people. The motel is situated right next door to a beautiful park which was lovely to walk through.

The helpful staff and the location on the edge of the park were exactly what we were looking for. We were even able to arrange a lift to the airport with the caretaker.

It's a tiny bit dated, but is clean, peaceful and inexpensive which was what we were after

The room was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a great convenience. Additionally, the supermarket and restaurants are located nearby, just a short drive away. The staff were warm, kind, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location. One road access to the city. Good value for money.
