Birchwood Manor Motel

The room was a good size and the location was very good. The laundry room is well equipped.

The room is in need of updating, the bed was not comfortable and the large sofa is well worn.

How roomy it was. The bed was comfy. The heating was good.

Having steps from the car park to try and get luggage up and down. Being elderly it was a struggle. There was one end where it was like a ramp but it was at the opposite end of where were.

Close to town and quiet

Wifi wasn't great

Great location for what we wanted, walking distance to CBD, very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 5.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and well-appointed accommodation. Spacious rooms with modern decor. Rooms were warm and extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Lovely clean, spacious and well appointed apartment. Had everything you could need. Really comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Couldnt have been happier with our recent stay at Birchwood ManorLocation- handy to main shops - best comfy bed and the shower pressure was fantastic- warm unit -super clean - Paula was lovely and cheerful

Couldnt fault the property

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Thank you

The location and spacious rooms. The couch and armchair were an absolute extravagance in a motel. One we really appreciated as sitting on a comfortable couch is something you don’t normally get. Very clean and modern inside.

People up above us

Great location, room with large bathroom was a treat. Being able to wash and dry clothes was a bonus

We only stayed for 2 nights but the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Close to town as well great spot.. highly recommend Staff were very friendly

I liked the location for my Conference as it was an easy walk into the city. And there was a Woolworths and petrol station across the road.

Just a one night stop over for us. Comfortable with very helpful manager.

Comfortable large room and spacious bathroom. Dining table and chairs and two large and surprisingly comfortable armchairs. Well appointed kitchenette with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and small refrigerator. Right across the road from a large Woolworths supermarket. Parking onsite.

Location good and easy to get to and from. Very easy going but nice and quiet. Very helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable accommodation located within walking distance of restaurants and groceries. Friendly reception upon arrival.

Lovely place to stay, spotless clean, reasonable price

Felt a little cluttered but was what we needed

A large comfortable room with equally large bathroom. Parking close to the Room. Quiet location despite being on a main road into the City.

Wifi was poor. It kept disconnecting and struggle to reconnect. Ended up using my mobile data.15 - 20 minute walk into the centre.

I usually stay at the Balmoral - but tried out your facility this time. I do prefer the former.

No bed lights - Ceiling lights are not bed lights. Didn't watch much TV - but found it difficult to operate - 48 Channels if you could access them!!. Also, the toilet cistern is unique with an excellent flush system that's if you are strong enough to push the flush button!! I don't think elderly people could readily acuate the flush! I didn't appreciate the overpowering incense aroma - I was pleased that it was removed. No shelving for soap and shower/shampoo containers. Shower was good but rather small. I trust these comments are positive and may result in any corrective actions.
