Small room

Pleasant check-in and checkout process. The bottle of water in the fridge was also a very nice touch.

One coffee bag supplied for two people!

The staff was very helpful and helped us to get the 3rd room, which was canceled by the hotel but confirmed by booking.com. The location is near the park, Burger King and Woolworth.Parking is enough for all guests.Our room is an accessible room.

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was comfy as was the bed. We had a spa bath and absolutely loved it. Would love to stay here again

Great courtyard/grassy area, guest laundry

Rooms need sound proofing as the main road is very loud all night long. Wifi was patchy.

Clean comfortable room only problem was a disabled bathroom which the curtain did not go all the way around and water went everywhere

No breakfast but went to Mitre 10 over the road. Clean tidy receptionist very kindly pit us downstairs. I am 86 husband 78 so very grateful. Thanks

Clean and well equipped rooms

The room was a bit small to put our big suitcases

Compact but had everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay. Great shower pressure. Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Parking was good onsite. Included access to an onsite EV charger (at a fee). Location handy for our purposes.Tea/coffee options and kitchenette facility in room were good.

Shower head was old fixed style over a bath. I couldn't wash my hair without awkwardly bending over backwards, which was even worse for my 6'4" husband.Single glazed windows meant the side of the bed closest to it got very cold, despite the heater, while the person in other side overheated (i.e. not able to get an even temperature across the room). Room really needs an update to modernise it.

The room was very clean and this is the second time I have stayed there and both times the rooms were so clean. The service has always been friendly and helpful.

Excellent to find a motel with a new 11kV EV charging point (book this in advance) so we could charge the car to 100% overnight. Clean, comfortable motel facilities and friendly staff. Convenient location not far from the centre

No real downsides except the usual slightly too thin walls found in most NZ hotels and motels.

The toilet cistern leaked and water pooled on the bathroom floor.

Staff member was nice.

We were supposed to get a ground floor superior suite but instead we were given an upstairs unit which was quite cramped. My husband is 75 so I always try to get ground floor. Very disappointed

The room was compact but well furnished and the bed extremely comfortable.

Lovely clean and friendly place, Tracy at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us heaps of tips about Invercargill. Even had laundry facilities to use!
