Pros +
- Clean comfortable. Adequate to my needs for a one night stopover before further travel.
- Nice environment
- It was great for us, very close to all the areas we wanted to attend and nice and clean also. We will definitely stay there on our next trip down to Invercargill.
Cons -
- It is becoming a little tired but was very clean.
- Needed a vacuum in room 17
- The fridge didn’t work / wasn’t turned on. We assumed it was when we checked in, only realised the next morning when leaving that it hadn’t been on so we had to throw some food away. Mentioned to the lady at reception - no apology, just that she’d check the power

Very spacious, well presented apartments. Everything worked well. Good value, shame we only spent 1 night. Could have stayed longer if we had time. Walkable distance to New World supermarket. Good parking. Good staff
Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and plenty of hot water for our showers.
Nice and friendly staff, good location. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Enjoy our stay.
Great value for money - clean and comfortable. Overall, good value for money for the nights stay. About a 20/25min walk into centre.

Great friendly management, nice clean, quiet room, good laundry facilities, RECOMMENDED.
A really nice motel, friendly staff, good sized room with large wetroom with excellent hot water and supply of towels, and well equipped kitchenette. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night. I thought the traffic noise might be an issue but we hardly noticed it.
Quite a walk from the city centre- and not much locally in the way of restaurants etc - but nothing major in the way of negatives.
Checking in was easy and staff were very welcoming and friendly. A map of the city was available at the counter which was very useful.
Close to city centre, very clean, comfortable and quiet
