Our room was not made up on second night of our stay. It looked like maybe they were interrupted. Room was not large but the view made up for it.

Room with good view and facilities. Second floor can be accessed from car park. Very friendly staff.

Andy, the host was wonderful and accommodating. The room was comfortable with great views, the breakfast was delicious. There was ample parking. There was an issue with our shower but Andy was quick to fix it.

Amazing views from the room. They upgraded us for our honeymoon which was awesome. Room was large and comfortable and warm after a cold day on the water at Stewart Island. Mary and Andy were so helpful and nice. 4 min drive to the ferry for Stewart Island. Had the Anchor Landmark right out front.

Andy is a wonderful host and was very welcoming. Comfortable bed and very nice breakfast the next morning. Convenient to go to the ferry terminal and away from traffic.

Location was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a view of the sea from our second floor room named Clove Hitch (stairs only). Breakfast was delicious, hot choices and cold.

There was a bad smell in our room that seemed a little “pooey.” They had an air freshener machine going in the hallway. Hopefully temporary, but it caused me to drop the ratings a little. No other room available.

Beautiful location at the far south end of Bluff. Friendly owner, small but comfortable rooms with nice views. Good restaurant directly next to it. Perfect for a night. You can easily walk along the coast on the track right by the hotel.

Great location with beautiful views over the sea.

En-suite shower was clean but needed renewed and updated. Bedroom was small and comfortable but could have been modernised. Breakfast was minimal. Not a great selection of fresh fruit or cereal. The staff were very pleasant and most welcoming.

The hotel was situated opposite Stirling point and the famous signpost depicting distances to major cities around the world. Andy greeted us upon arrival and carried our cases up to our beautiful suite. The hotel was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and immaculate. The breakfast was lovely too.

Shower water seal needs to be repaired. Water leaking during showers. A dresser or shelves to put cloths would be helpful for longer stays.

Amazing location - the views were breathtaking. The restaurant next door also serves a lovely meal. Breakfast was lovely and quaint - like an old school B&B setting.

The rooms are tight. Our en suite needed some attention to maintenance.
