Close to town. Comfy bed. Friendly and accommodating proprietors. Had everything we needed.

Quiet units plenty of room

The lighting was dull inLounge and wall heat not much heat coming out of it

Denise was extremely accommodating. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. It was warm and tastefully modernised with everything you could need. Outstanding shower pressure. The sign says motel but we received hotel service. Our room was serviced daily and we had fresh clean towels. Southern hospitality at its best. Excellent location with a dairy close by, quiet, clean and warm.

Great lay out, was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful.and friendly. Totally recommend this for anyone.

Denise was awesome and so cheerful. She recommended walks and pubs in the area. Room was beautiful with teal accents and a full kitchen. Amazing water pressure too.

Windows opened too far so I had to keep them locked at night and use the air con.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have excellent knowledge of Invercargill and the region. They gave us excellent recommendations for dining and activities.

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. The motel is well maintained, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (especially Denise!). The location is also very convenient and is right near a 24/7 deli with food, pantry staples and coffee.

Rooms were beautifully presented and were clean and tidy. Owners were awesome, extremely approachable and very friendly!

Handy place to city, nice unit comfy and good for what 2 friends needed i.e. 2 bedrooms.

There seemed to be a lot of lists however these were straight forward.

On arrival it was spotless clean, it had a nice scent when walking in. It had kitchen facilities and cutlery and other kitchen items. It had a homely feel to it.

Nothing major just the door handles were a bit stiff where you go to the bathroom but it was fine.

The nicest place we’ve stayed in New Zealand! The unit was freshly remodeled and absolutely spotless. Beds were excellent and kitchenette stocked with everything we needed. Use of laundry facilities was a nice bonus. Quiet and centrally located.

Well presented and appointed, clean, very comfortable, recently renovated with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The owners made us welcome and it is easy to see they take great care and pride in their property. Pity more properties are not of this quality.

Rooms are a good size. Facilities were good. The owners are absolutely lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

There was no Wi-Fi password in our room this time.

Road noise. To be expected on a main road, but the boy racers were annoying

Good location, kitchen and bathroom very clean, staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable however there was blood stain on sheet in single bed which was discovered after sleeping in it.

Lighting was a bit average and it was pricey enough.

Super clean and comfortable. Handy to have the laundry on site. Friendly and helpful owners. Convenient parking. Very close to the car and motorcycle museums. Supermarket nearby.

Can't think of anything...couldn't have been better.
